Beachfront holiday rental in Sainte-Anne

Accommodation as expected, peaceful ocean view and quiet location. Very good welcome by Elodie (thank you in particular for the good planter who was waiting for us in the fridge!) who also arranged us for our departure time according to our flight. With our two sons we are delighted with our stay in this accommodation. You can stay there, you will be won over by this peaceful place.

Thanks to Isabelle for her welcome and for providing a bed and a baby chair quickly for our 2 year old child.

Small quiet nest, close to the beach, simple but effective, for family holidays

Very nice accommodation located in a quiet residence, with a beautiful pool and a small very pretty beach. We appreciated Isabelle's availability, who welcomed us very warmly. We really enjoyed our stay in Grande Terre!

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

I highly recommend this listing! It is very well equipped and perfectly located. Walking access to Sainte Anne beach in 5 min is a real luxury! The residence is quiet and secure. We were very well received and had all the information necessary for the smooth running of the stay. We will rent this apartment again without hesitation.

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well located, idyllic setting, very well equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her home (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We would also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.

Great stay at Marie's place! The place was great, very clean and fully equipped! We enjoyed the swimming pool and beaches within walking distance. We would come back without hesitation!

Accommodation as described , magnificent view, we fall asleep with the sound of the waves, ideally located on the village Pierre et vacances. The place has everything you need for the stay, everything is well thought out! The owners are very attentive with their hosts, ask if everything is okay during our stay, very human . We were greeted by Elodie , very nice! We recommend +++ and keep the address for we hope to be able to go back next time ...

It was pleasant to stay in this house, on this site, where special care was given to the decor. Whether we like it or not, we appreciated it. In addition, our hosts and their collaborator were welcoming, apart from an entry briefing a little formal for my taste, probably due to disrespectful tenants!

I liked Joelle's accommodation very much. Everything you need is available and the view is simply great. The surrounding area is also very beautiful. I immediately booked my next stays with her.

accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

Heaven on earth! The Green Lagoon bungalow is comforting. Everything is done to make you feel good. The unobstructed sea view with the sunset make it even more peaceful. Thanks to Candice and Laurent for their welcome, availability and kindness. We hope to return to this little piece of heaven very soon!

We had a very good week at Patricia's place The bungalow is well located to radiate on Grande Terre, it is very clean, very functional and well arranged; the air conditioning in the room is appreciable. Patricia and her husband welcomed us very kindly, with thoughtful gestures throughout our stay (evening meal offered because we arrived in the evening, first breakfast offered as well, punch and fruit basket, loan of games in case of rain, etc.); we were able to visit their garden, and Patricia devoted a moment to explanations and advice about her island. The only downside could be the proximity to a busy street, but we were not disturbed, and it did not prevent us from enjoying the frogs' concert in the evening! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, especially watching the birds.
