The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Charmante maison en brique avec piscine couverte ! Maison de 40 m2 indépendante de notre habitation sur notre propriété paisible (4 personnes max). La piscine est chauffée à 29 degrés d'avril jusqu'au 30 septembre. À deux pas de toutes les commodités : restaurants, commerces, cinéma, marché (mercredi matin). Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Normandie : pour visiter les trésors de la région, que ce soit pour des activités sportives, culturelles ou familiales.
