The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Lovely apartment on the Colombier Haut property, situated on a hilltop in a quiet cul de sac with beautiful surrounding countryside views. This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The lounge sofa unfolds into a double bed. In the secluded garden is a 10m x5m pool with roman end and alarm that can be used from June to September. Brick built bbq.

Calm and serenity guaranteed, it is located 10 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and 20 minutes from Agen. The cottage, completely independent, on the ground floor, is located in the park, not facing the owners' house and another cottage. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)
