It is 150 m2 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) is nicely decorated and has a sunny garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor kitchen and private swimming pool. You'll have all the luxury and privacy you need. The Beach La Nartelle is only 800 meters from the home and the city is 5 minutes by car. There is a little supermarket at 5 min. walking distance.
