Beachfront holiday rental in Sainte-Maxime

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Great stay at Nicole's place. Cute studio with everything you need to visit the area, explore the local culture and visit the beaches. Comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden, and beautiful pool.

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment with sea views and walkable distance to the old town and beaches. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

The stay went very well. Everything is planned for the stay to go smoothly, well located and comfortable. Virginia and Anthony's kindness and hospitality were all the more pleasant. Thank you for this stay that I would recommend to anyone.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alexandre's residences and it is always a wonderful experience. The house is in a quiet location surrounded by vegetation. Bright, clean and well organized. It has a nice patio where you can eat and a fantastic swimming pool with a solarium area with maximum privacy. The kitchen is functional and well organized. A bathroom with a huge shower. Alexandre is a kind and helpful person. We can't wait to come back, for us there is no better place!

Thank you to Matthieu for his hospitality and for his pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the access to the apartment, which was secure but very easy (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!

Very well positioned location to visit the Gulf of St Tropez. Very clean and tastefully furnished apartment (nothing was missing, even the mosquito racket was useful). In addition, excellent quality bedding.

We were very well received by Isabelle, who was very responsive to the various questions we asked her. Thank you. however, be careful when you arrive, you must be able to park and depending on the duration, the price can go up very quickly in terms of parking

We enjoyed our stay in Benjamin's apartment. Cecile gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything. The apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. It offers great seats inside and outside and on the large TV you can watch Netflix movies with your own profile. There are no board games and only a few hangers, but spacious chests of drawers and a wine fridge. Thank you for the rosé. The beds are comfortable and the view on the terrace is fantastic. The house is quiet and beautifully located. If you love exercise, you can also walk to shopping, the port of Cavalaire or on the other side to Bonporteau beach in about 15 to 20 minutes. Since it is a building with several apartments, the tenants above us were hearing something in the first week. Unfortunately, private access to the sea was blocked for safety reasons. However, there is another exit to the sea with about 334 steps within walking distance.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

What more could you ask for. Impeccable welcome. Everything is within reach. Private parking to park your car, there you don't need it. Restaurant with feet in the water and extra fresh fish. We had a fantastic stay.
