A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Our 20 m2 character cottage is located in the middle of nature next to our house on a plot of 8500 m2, 1000 meters on the plateau of small rocks. Beautiful panoramic sauna (extra charge). Notre villa, Kyo-Alpes, construite en 2024, est située à la Combe de Lancey, offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Le logement est entièrement climatisé et dispose d’une piscine intérieure privée chauffée à 29 °C, d’un espace jacuzzi ainsi que d’un sauna, pour vous détendre dans une atmosphère zen et apaisante. Une décoration intérieure inspirée du style japonais apporte élégance et originalité. Venez découvrir la nature environnante et le charme du Japon au cœur des Alpes.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Niché en pleine nature au coeur de la Chartreuse, venez découvrir notre dôme indépendant au sein de notre petite exploitation agricole Quintessence de Chartreuse, dédiée aux plantes. Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access

Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.
