Villa holiday rentals in Sainte-Rose

I spent three days, two nights in this villa: the setting is really peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, no unpleasant surprises. The pool is great, well maintained, and no disturbance around — it's quiet from morning to night. The rooms are pleasant, you sleep well. No complaints, it was a good time.

Wonderful stay at Peggy's! The accommodation is very beautiful and faithful to the photos. Clean, functional, comfortable. We didn't miss anything! The owners are both very welcoming and we particularly enjoyed the welcome basket consisting of fruit and essentials for breakfast. A big thank you! We will be back!

We had an excellent vacation in Guadeloupe staying at the Anjou Créole villa. The house is ideally located, very pleasant to live in and perfectly equipped. Carine is a caring host, who provides everything necessary for the arrival as well as a very practical manual with all the explanations on the villa, the activities to do in the surroundings and her personal recommendations. She is also very responsive when needed. We would also like to highlight the warm welcome from Philippe as well as the kindness and availability of Valérie, the villa's concierges. We would definitely recommend this property!

Very good contact with Franck both in advance of the stay and during our arrival and thank you for the delicious host planter! The house is charming and nicely decorated, very functional and well equipped, it's all comfort. The covered terrace is nice and the hammocks made the kids happy. The pool is a beautiful size to enjoy it to the fullest and the view is splendid (a great opportunity to enjoy the sunrise and sunset). Have a great stay! We will be sure to recommend the address:)

we had a great stay of 10 nights. the place is a lush tropical dream. it has quirks, but that's how we like it. you're in a small neighborhood right but still in the middle of nature and the private pool with hummingbirds every evening was worth the stay. we were unlucky with the weather but even with 10 days of rain this place delivered. it's definitely more of a sunny day location. thanks for having us!

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

GREAT!! The communication in advance with Cedric was already very good, he always answered us quickly. We were personally welcomed by him and he showed us everything. The great reception was rounded off by a fruit basket and homemade punch, thank you very much for that! In our eyes, the villa even surpasses the description! The equipment is great, there are endless kitchen utensils, mosquito nets, bath towels for the loungers... everything is just thought of. The house is much bigger than we thought. The best part: The view from the terrace and the pool!!! We were able to enjoy many breathtaking sunsets with daily barbecues. A car is urgently needed, as the villa is very quiet and shopping is not within walking distance, but we knew that before. We can only say: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a great place to stay and can fully recommend it!!

Very nice accommodation with its pool, the street is quite quiet and the beach is accessible within 10 min walk. We didn't miss anything and Lyne is very kind. The location of the accommodation allowed us to easily visit Grande Terre.

We had a lovely stay at Sylviane's. Kevin (one of our hosts) was impeccable! He was always available for questions and recommendations. Hosts were very flexible because we were traveling with a 9-month-old baby and staying on schedule is always not easy. We felt very welcome. Very beautiful environment that has this height reduced mosquitoes - a bonus in a country like Guadeloupe

Perfect stay! The house is in the heights of saint rose, close to Sofaia. 5 minutes from the loc is a very large Carrefour, which is quite rare on the island to be reported! Self check-in and checkout. A phone group was created a few days before our arrival to facilitate communication, before and during our stay. There is absolutely everything you need in this house! We also had a crib and children's accessories. A removable gate had been installed all around the pool to secure it. A bottle of fresh water and a bottle of planter to welcome us in the fridge! Tastefully decorated house, everything was perfect.

We LOVED our stay!! The view was stunning and the house was amazing. It was quiet and very private, yet the other rentals in the La Manon compound were close by and it felt safe and secure at the top of a mountain. Exactly as pictured and exactly what we were expecting. The house was not quite ready for us upon arrival so we went out for groceries while the cleaning lady was finishing up. A nice grocery store is just 15 minutes away with everything we needed. The house was so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave it for exploring the island, but enjoyed every outing we had with gorgeous scenery and beautiful beaches. We had stayed one week in Basse Terre and one week in Grand Terre and so glad we did. They are very different but each has its own charm and interest. Bernadette was an excellent, laid back host, always replying quickly and very friendly. We appreciated her speaking some English since we speak very little French. We would definitely recommend!

The villa, the place as well as the hosts were all contributors to a great holiday. The villa offered us a haven of peace and company (birds who came to say hello, the chickens and roosters, the beautiful dog...) we were totally charmed. Nestled in the west wing of Gouadeloupe, in Buillante more exactly, it was easy to get there and to plan lots of activities and drive hikes as well. The landscape is luxurious, the island is safe and people are very kind. Which brings me to the hosts. JC was there when we arrived and took care of us, explained how everything worked, and gave us some tips. The instructions he gives by email will seem exhaustive, but after going through the letter it's really not that bad. We chatted as a group during the return trip and if gouadeloupe is still on the menu, we will ask Marie and JC for this villa. Thank you again!
