Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. Here you’ll find animals living freely, such as our two nice pigs, four woolly sheep, chickens, ducks and rabbits. Our four cats – Panthera, Schneepard, Marmor and Chaudchat – would love for you to come and stroke them! :)

Located in old Montluçon, this magnificent 68 m2 apartment is close to all amenities, making your visit easy. Just 100 m away you can enjoy the imposing castles of the Dukes of Bourbon surrounded by this beautiful narrow and intriguing cobblestone street that offers a charming visit punctuated by a beautiful half-timbered house.

A former stagecoach inn, the house is ideal for gatherings of family or friends in the center of France, with a capacity of 13 people + 2 babies. It is for lovers of the countryside and old buildings who are looking for calm to enjoy the outdoors, the swimming pool and the hot tub without being disturbed. The place is also ideal for runners, cyclists, motorcyclists and walks in the heart of nature. Pets are welcome, as the property is fenced.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

Beautiful gîte with airconditioning "Gîte Le Loft"

This sturdy, stylish accommodation is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all necessary amenities. If you want to use breakfast, that is possible, you can book this. Outside you can enjoy the sun terrace, with a view over the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
