The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. For people who are sensitive to noise, I do not recommend this property, as it is located in the city on a busy street, in a wood-floored building, and the sound of footsteps from the tenants above can be disturbing.
