House holiday rentals in Saipan

We had a truly wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The ragoon view was perfect, and the kids especially loved the pool. But what made this stay truly special was our host. So kind, thoughtful, and responsive — everything was taken care of with warmth and care. We really appreciated all the little touches that made us feel at home. We’ll always remember this stay with gratitude. Thank you so much for everything — we hope to come back someday!

ANOTHER stay at Marvic's......that in itself should sum it all up. Highly recommend this place. If you're looking for quiet, relaxing, clean, and a GREAT view of Saipan lagoon, this is your place! Oh, and the price is worth your stay too :) Location is also literally 3-5mins away from nearest store to purchase food/supplies and/or places to dine out. Marivic is a very hospitable Host and most accommodating. She allowed us to check in early to our Unit.

I was worried about food because I was traveling with my parents, so I was able to eat some food, and I found an accommodation with several rooms and toilets in a private house. It's very spacious, there are many toilets, there is a capital outside, and there is a yard in the back. I think it was a good place to stay in a country that was suitable for recreation. 😍 Next time, I think I'll go play with three couples. My parents are back overseas and like that this place is better than a hotel!

Don and Marivic were absolutely amazing hosts! The home was perfect, comfortable, and spacious! We also got a surprised bonus of Turon (banana lumpia) from one of the groundskeepers. Amazing service. Will not only rent again, but we will also tell our friends! Thank you and Si Yuus Maase Don and Marivic!!

We loved it! 🫶🏼 We had an amazing stay at the Pit. We were able to enjoy peace and quiet as well as host small group of family and friends. Everything was made available on property. I’m excited to share the availability of this space with others who travel to Saipan. We would definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much to Edwin!

Our 6 families (made up of teens and 70s) have their own This is the Gosu family on Airbnb. Airbnb in many countries and cities. I used it and it was really the best here. It's a place I'm just starting out, so I don't have any reviews At first, I thought about it a lot and hesitated. In conclusion, the whole family is very satisfied I had a good stay! The plane arrives at dawn, but it's not a resort I had to look into the pick-drop separately, and since it was a large family, there was a lot of luggage. They also pick you up at the airport for free at dawn. They also checked me in at dawn for free. I booked because this part was stated. The service after that was even more awesome. Instead of a very expensive Korean restaurant's tuna sashimi I caught it in a super cheap and generous morning. You can eat tuna sashimi from locals Please help me to have it.. In the evening, there is also a barbecue in the rooftop area You've arranged for us to do it. The hosts live on the first floor, and the second floor It's used by guests (separating the front door) The whole family at the rooftop yard table on the second floor I was drinking beer on the barbecue, and I saw the stars in the sky. You don't need to go on a starlight tour. (High-end mart selling Black Angus, commodities.There are all the 24-hour grocery stores that sell cheap beer. I also enjoyed the grocery store because you let me know ~) It says one bathroom, but There is another separate bathroom and shower room on the first floor There was no inconvenience. I don't want a resort pool, and one meal is Korean. If you want to eat, especially if you're a large family, Highly recommend! The interior is also newly decorated, so it's new, and it's very clean. The Ando outside is even better than the pictures! He also adds enough towels in the middle. The hosts are very kind ~ ~ We are definitely here for the next Saipan!

A total of 10 people had such a comfortable stay. Each room has a spacious toilet and bathroom, and the bedding was clean and pleasant. There was a spacious kitchen, so I ate all the food freely. Thanks to this, I was able to save on meals. (Saipan food is salty, so it was hard to buy it every time, but this was really good.) The host family lives right next to it, so if you need anything, you can communicate right away. If you rent the main house, one car is also free, and there are a lot of people, so they lent us one more small car at a very low price. The accommodation seemed expensive, but considering the car rental, it wasn't bad at all, and most importantly, everyone in the group was very satisfied. I made really good memories for 5 nights and 6 days. The little host who comes every night is so cute too:) It was my 4th trip to Saipan, and it was the best of them. If I go again next time, I will definitely go back here. It's also close to downtown, so it's great to go to grocery stores, etc!
