Apartment exactly as described, extremely spacious and complete. Being able to use the common areas of the hotel where it is located is certainly a great advantage and the proximity is quiet, perfect for those looking for a time of calm and rest. I would definitely come back

The only downside of this accommodation was the availability of lockers. I saw in the announcement the lockers in the room, but they are all closed, none being made available to the guests. had no place to store nor our handbags. As we were in the family, with 5 women and 1 man we had to put bags on the chairs and the floor.

The Flat is clean and organized, the resort is excellent, the children loved the recreation.

The property is located at the top of the Serra do Maroto in Gravatá, further away from the center, which allows you to enjoy the stay with more peace and tranquility to enjoy nature. Easy access by highway, following a stretch that is almost entirely paved. Check-in was simple and the host was available to answer any questions. The apartment was a charm in itself. Cozy and comfortable, everything is very clean and tidy, hot water in the showers, regional furniture and decorative elements, super complete bed, table and bath utensils and high-speed internet. The garage is very close to the unit. The condominium has a heated pool and jacuzzi, playground, court and an incredible view of the city. The check-out was also smooth and easy. We will certainly return to the place!

Me and my family, we had a wonderful holiday. In addition to the condominium having the family environment (there are elderly residents) this brings tranquility and without counting the security at the entrance. The host is super attentive and proactive, we have had support from a person appointed by him to assist us when necessary. That made me safe and quiet. Super indico saw😊

Joao was an excellent host, clear, and proactive in his communication. The place was beautiful, modern, clean, well equipped and with a beautiful view of the mountains. I’d definitely be happy staying there again or recommending this home.
