Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saitama

After arriving in Tokyo, we can take the subway directly to the accommodation. The room environment is very good and comfortable. The scenery outside the window is also good. There are convenience stores and subway lines nearby. The host is very friendly. It was an unforgettable trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tokyo. The place was very neat and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Oji Station—making it super convenient to get around the city. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I didn’t encounter any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay in Tokyo!

I'm taking a break with my friends. 4 people stayed, but it was just right for 4 people to stay (1 bathroom, etc...) I think it'll work for up to 5-6 people. The inconvenience of having to wash the towels? There was this, but there was detergent and a washing machine + dryer, and even a drying rack, so it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought.

Thank you Tomoko to let us stay at Comfort Shimo. We enjoy to stay here. Near lawson, aeon and sevel. Walk 850m to akabane station there are some interesting store. Nice food, book off, book store, don't forget to eat seasonal mister donuts. There also have Donki, gu, uniqlo, tutuanna. There is kitchen origin around 300 m From Comfort shimo or 40 meter from shimo metro exit 2. No need bring so much clothes because Tomoko provide washing machine with automatic dryer. Wash the clothes morning and evening we already have fresh clothes. So we can purchase more items at akihabara, Donki, Matsumoto.

We stayed at here for one week and it was perfect! The self check in was convenient and easy. The place was really clean! It takes about ~40 mins by train to get to central Tokyo and the train station being three doors down made it really convenient. There is also a 7/11 two doors down as well as a Lawson across the street with lots of other stores and restaurants around the area. The area is near a fire station and a medical center (I think) so you will hear some sirens but I didn’t mind personally. Matsuno and Sakura were really responsive, kind, and accommodating! With any questions I had, they were so quick to respond. The place was perfect! If I had one small area of complaint, it would be that the toilet seat doesn’t stay up 😅 I would book a stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo!

I would eagerly stay here again. It’s a great spot in a comfortable neighborhood with easy access to other locations due to the train station.

good value for the price. Very comfortable. Location was very close to parks, train and bus stations, restaurants, bars and shopping. very easy to get around. building was very quiet. The apartment had everything mentioned in the ad and everything worked great. Definitely stay here again. Host was very informative and responsive.

We had a great stay at this place in Kita-abane! It was clean, peaceful, and surprisingly spacious for the four of us (Filipino travelers so not that tall but with four large suitcases—we had no trouble opening them all in the living room). The location is incredibly convenient, right beside a train station, but we barely heard the trains pass by. There’s a Family Mart and a 24-hour sukiyaki spot just next door. 7-Eleven, grocery store, and the station itself all within a 3-minute walk. Everything we needed was super accessible. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for—fast Wi-Fi, laundry, and everything listed was exactly as described. It really felt worth the money. One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is up a steep flight of stairs (three floors), so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up and down. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to know ahead of time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay—comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location!

Beautiful apartment that makes you feel at home. Everything you need for either a long or short stay. This was the second time we have stayed here and will always come again. Friendly and attentive host, spotlessly clean, easy to find and a short walk to the station. Highly recommend staying here.

Masaki goes above and beyond making sure you have a great stay. The house is super clean, comfortable, has everything you need and a little extra. She is in constant communication providing local events and things to do that will add value to your trip. Beds are very cozy. We enjoyed our walk from the house to the train station, and from there its easy to get anywhere. Daiso and a supermarket it's just 5 minutes away from the house, a bakery vending machine just 4 minutes away, or you can shop along the way walking from the station. Highly recommended. We loved staying here. It’s a 2 min walk from Kita-in and Narita San, and 15 from Koedo old town and both train stations. There’s parking which was amazing for family stopping by. The front rooms get lots of sun and was warm in the winter. We LOVED the kotatsu! While it says it accommodates many guests, there was a lack of plates as well as kitchen items to accommodate like soup bowls. We were a family of 4 who ate in and cooked all meals so if you’re out mostly it shouldn’t be an issue. Beds are roll out single person size and good if you like hard beds.

I lived in Tokorozawa until a few years ago and came back every year to reunite with friends, but this place was in a good location where I could walk to my friends' house, and the station was very close when I went to Tokyo, so it was very convenient! The room was thoughtful of the details, and it was a very pleasant stay than a hotel around there! I was impressed by the countless services such as a first aid kit, an umbrella, a straight iron and washer and dryer, UV spray, drinking water and condiments in the refrigerator, and various types of instant drinks! My daughter was delighted with the bunk beds and games! I'm confirming my repeat visit, hope to see you next time!

Located in a quiet spot this location offers many eating opportunities as well as an easy train ride to Tokyo. Any questions or concerns were answered appropriately, with no need for further questions. The warm welcome was greatly appreciated. A remarkable and hospitable host. When I come back, I will stay with them again.

A true gem, a great stay with a fabulous host! Hitomi and Taka are the best hosts, who go out of their way to ensure our comfort and we have everything we need. The house is well supplied with all of the necessities. They offer many great recommendations around the neighborhood and are always quick to respond to any questions. First and foremost, they want to ensure an enjoyable stay. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, and was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Good heating and cooling, perfect for any season. With the tools in the kitchen, it is convenient for meals. Plenty of markets nearby for fresh food. Great shower and bath! And the washer/dryer is helpful and convenient. The neighborhood is fantastic, quiet but with many restaurants and markets nearby. It is an easy walk to transportation. Akabane is a big station to go easily anywhere in Tokyo. It was a pleasure to stay and we will be happy to return to the great hospitality of Hitomi and Taka. Thank you!

Great hostel ! Everything is very tidy, the kitchen is convenient and the host is very kind :) It is obviously a bit far from Tokyo, but you can ride the subway easily to get everywhere. Also we really enjoyed the cute and peaceful neighborhood ! We recommend trying the mochis/daifuku and other rice specialties from the little shop next door 😉

This place feels like home that we didn't want to go out after arriving. It is clean, very spacious, has complete amenities, super comfortable beddings, and has clear instructions for every electronic device in the house. The nearest station is Warabi, which is about 850m walking, and it is 2 stations away from Akabane where you can connect to all major stations in Tokyo. Recommended to have a good rest after a tiring day. Thank you Wallaby House!

Very clean and well maintained place, Maiko's place is very comfortable and cozy, the days I stayed were very worth it, for sure at the next opportunity I will be staying with Maiko.

Very comfortable and convenient not so far from train station

Very spacious, clean and nice staff! Only downside is that it is far from Tokyo. About 30 mins away from Warabi station. But it was nice to get away from the city to relax and recoup for the next day!
