Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Saja and Nansa valleys

We spent a month in this apartment. The environment is quiet and secluded (even if it is a neighborhood under construction) and it is very well placed to discover Comillas and the area. If you have no difficulty walking, everything is accessible relatively quickly on foot (supermarket and center are close and the beach is about 30 minutes away for the bravest). We were very well received (a small surprise on arrival is always appreciated after a long road!) and the arrival was easy with the possibility to park in the private parking lot. The apartment, itself, is not very large, especially the kitchen, but it is comfortable and rather functional with an unobstructed view to enjoy the balcony and all the amenities for a long stay. The net is fast and it is possible to work comfortably. In short, great!

Fernando is an excellent host. The apartment is beautiful, it is located in a wonderful area of Ojedo (by the river). Everything was clean, tidy, new, with everything you need, there was no lack of detail, we arrived and the heating was set (great detail). What about Fernando? It made us practically as a guide, recommended restaurants, which we should visit, made us taste a pomujo and homemade cheese... and as a person, excellent. I recommend it 100%, if I come back in the area, I'm sure I would repeat.

Dario was a great host, very satisfied with his attention and accommodation. Only one comment, we happened to visit on days that weather was getting warm during the day, but cool at night and we couldn't turn on A/C in our unit since it requires swapping building unit mode of operation from heat to A/C to all apartments. We just had to open the windows at night and were good. Dario did what he could to accommodate us. Overall we are very satisfied with this stay. Thank you Dario.

Laura's place is perfectly situated. Everything is in walking distance. What stood out is the very private terrace with comfortable outside furniture. The whole apartment is very nicely updated and very open, airy and light. We didn't really use the kitchen (only for breakfast) because there are plenty of great (seafood) restaurants around. When we go back to visit the coast of northern Spain again we will come back to Laura's place!

The place is great. Small but very small. The only one to put some but is that it is a room without an elevator. If we go back, we would like to repeat accommodation. Roberto has been a great host, he has helped us with what we needed.

Perfect apartment in cute village house. Close to ocean beach. It was excellent experience. 5 from 5 👍.

Second time stay in 3 weeks with Luis as a couple and our dog Archie - just a brilliant stay, central to all walks and bike rides, also Luis, wife, and young kid so friendly and hospitable - they made Santander a really great destination for us - if you arrive on Brittany Ferries don’t flee, stay and explore for a few days this hidden gem - also stay in Luis place to add the sparkle.

We had a very good stay in Mer's apartment! True to the photos, the house is very nice and very new. Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

the spectacular house in the middle of nature and only 10 minutes from ribadesella by car

Everything is very good, we recommend it. The accommodation is better than in the photos and has all the amenities.

We loved our stay at the house. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photographs. In addition, Rosa María was very attentive from the beginning to us, helping us in everything we needed. The house is fully stocked. Note that we did not experience any cold inside the house, despite being mayo in the north and being a country house. We'll be back for sure!

Second time at Chuco's house and I leave with the same feeling of wanting to return soon. It is a cozy and clean little house, with a fantastic well-fenced garden for the enjoyment of the dogs and the tranquility of the owners, in a quiet area, while at the same time a step away from everything. It's a 10.

The house is located in a cool village, you can walk and enjoy the views. The house has a lot of beds, there is a dishwasher and toilet paper, soap. There is a grill on the territory you can make a barbecue. Everything went great!

This place is really worth it. It is a house close to the center but on a hill so, in addition to enjoying exceptional views, there was no noise; we only heard the birds singing. The accommodation is newly renovated and has all the amenities. It is true that we had some other problems, derived precisely from the short time elapsed since the end of the work, but that did not prevent us from being comfortable. I also highlight the kindness and quick response of the host, who was always attentive to making us feel at home. In short, a great success to have chosen this place for our visit to Ribadesella.

We were a group of 10 (5 couples) visiting the Picos de Europa to do some hiking. This house was in a great location with beautiful view of the valley and was easy to find using G0ogle Maps. Easy walk down the hill to bar & supermarket in Ojedo and only a fifteen or so minute walk into beautiful Potes with plentiful shops, bars & restaurants. We self catered one night - the kitchen area is ok - just don't have too many people cooking at the same time. There is plenty of fridge & freezer space and enough room for 10 people not to make the place feel crowded. All bedrooms are of a good size. Overall a great experience.
