Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

10/10 stay in a cozy, quiet and impeccable house. Ramon was very kind and answered all our questions, parking is easy, it is usually free next to the entrance, there is a supermarket under the house, in front of a bar and a bakery. Great price for the stay!

Elena' s place is so beautiful and comfortable. She provides lots of extra special touches like a welcome treat and hand cream and body lotion. The garden is a delightful sanctuary in the centre of an historic, bustling town. Elena was very helpful recommending resturants etc. She is very friendly and thoughtful. We highly recommended staying at Villa Solena.

The stay of 10. There was no shortage of detail in anything , even coffee for the coffee maker. Very kind, helpful and attentive. Always looking out for us before, during and after the stay. 100% recommended

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. We needed a place to stay mainly to sleep, we were going to visit family and we would spend little time there. The house is very cute, it is simple but does not need more, it fulfills its function perfectly. We also found it very clean. Nuria is charming and made it very easy for us. We will definitely be back!! :)

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. Manuel and María were super nice guests, attentive at all times. The house and the surroundings are as it looks in the photos 💯 Of course, maybe for access to the residential area you need to have some experience in mountain curves 🏔️ The beautiful area, perfect to unwind ✨ the incredible green landscape! Our stay, although short, was very pleasant. We were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and is very cozy and comfortable, in addition to being in a wonderful location and having incredible views of the sea.

The stay was perfect, the house was clean and stylishly decorated. The patio has a barbecue and the area is quiet but close to the promenade and supermarkets. Ivan is friendly and relaxed, zero problems. Totally recommendable.

An Asturian Paradise: An Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Maria Dolores' house was simply perfect. We traveled as two adults, three children and a dog, and found an extremely comfortable and clean house in an idyllic setting. The location is a true paradise: a beautiful bay with an impressive church in the center and the spectacular Playa del Barro a stone's throw away. It is a quiet and relaxing place, ideal for both disconnecting and working if you need to. María Dolores, thank you so much for everything! We'll be back without hesitation.

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.
