Tere was super friendly, I'm waiting for us on our arrival to introduce us to the house even though we arrived later than expected, she gave us many recommendations to visit and was attentive to us throughout the trip. The house is a wonder, the rooms are large and comfortable and the house has all the comforts even for our little kids and the unbeatable location. Nice apartment in the city center within walking distance of restaurants, bars, museums and transport (train, bus, public transport, boats). Although it is an apartment in the city center on a busy street full of bars, during the night there is absolute peace and quiet. The flexibility and immediate response of the host to any questions or requests should be highlighted.

The apartment is very cozy and has everything we need. Central location in the old town but also close to the beach. Owner responds quickly to all questions.

The house has an excellent location. Quiet area, very easy to park and walking you get to the beach of the sardinero super fast and if you want to go to the center and not walk too much, you have a bus nearby too.

Rikar's apartment is very well located ,in the center of San Vicente de La Barquera and with easy parking in front of the apartment(I saw it every day from the apartment window) .In addition you can move around San Vicente without a car and with all the amenities a stone's throw away(restaurants,supermarket, bakery ...) Rikar is a very friendly person who responds very quickly to everything you consult and always giving directions to places to visit , eat, etc.

A lovely apartment in the beautiful mountain village of Portilla de la Reina. Rossana was very kind and helpful and met us when we arrived. The surrounding area is fantastic for all lovers of mountains and nature. We were only there for two nights but would have happily stayed for a week. Good local restaurant as well.

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

House in a quiet area, there was a little humidity, but the house had a dehumidifier to use if necessary. It met expectations and Julio Antonio communicated kindly and fluently throughout the stay

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

an ideal stay, we were there for work, and the truth is that there are few places like this, Encarni was very kind and attentive at all times, all the services were 10/10, television, kitchen, toilet, rooms, heating, close to the center, 100% recommended.

Had a great time. Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. Only a short walk into Potes, was actually closer than we thought. All in all would highly recommend.

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.
