BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please use our kitchen for simple cooking. The nearest stations are Oji Station on the JR Line and Goido Station on the Kintetsu Line. I'll come pick you up until 5pm. Please use the bus to return home. There is a bus stop nearby. If you are arriving by car, there is parking available on site. The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.

Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.

This is a traditional Japanese style house, you can experience sleeping on Tatami. 3 bedrooms, good for 2-6person. Only 5minutes walk from this house to the nearest station (Nankai line Suminoe station).5 stop to Namba without transfer. This is a private house , no need sharing with other guests. Highly recommended for your group/family to have wonderful time in your Japan travel.
