I had a wonderful stay at Michael's place in Ao Yon! The room was comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything I needed to cook my own meals. The beach was clean and beautiful. Michael was a very gracious host, and offered helpful local advice. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Phuket!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on a hill in Kata Beach. The sunset and ocean views were stunning, and the beach was just a short walk away. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available, which made the experience even better. For the price, the value was unbeatable-I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place! The sunrise view is amazing

A beautiful beach front property with amazing things to do. Free kayaking, and many other water activities. Nearby there are bars, massages, food, and all have perfect beachfront vibes. Ross communicates well and goes the extra mile for you.

We had the most wonderful stay at “The Bridge”! The apartment was cosy and we felt right at home. The view from the veranda was exceptional and we’ll miss the sound of the waves of the nearby sea. Michael and co-host Elly were kind, helpful and responsive. We loved that the location was less touristic compared to other areas of the island and still offered great restaurants and activities in walking distance. We’d love to come back some time!

Words cannot fully express how much I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. It was ideally located just a few steps from the beach. The rooms were clean the staff were exceptionally pleasant and truly wonderful. Additionally, everything we needed was within a 10-minute reach of our location. Massages and food options, including 7-Eleven and various restaurants, were easily accessible. The restaurant offered delicious food, and at night, it felt like our own private beach. The house was very spacious especially for a couple. Thanks again to all that made our stay so memorable.

Friendly staff, cozy cabin, cool pool. If you want to stay long term, you can experience the inconvenience without the kitchen. Not even a microwave, it's stated, but maybe someone didn't pay attention. The renovation was shabby, peeled wallpaper, the shower at the 888 house was just bad. No noise insulation) if you're a light sleeper, then this is not your option. There is no freezer in the refrigerator, not even the ice cream will freeze you, but the refrigerator itself is normal. There is no closet, things will be on the hangers. It's also very uncomfortable to be downstairs. It's not comfortable to sit on a wooden sofa. You won't be able to watch the movie on the TV. The staff is very friendly, cleaning every day is what plus 👍

Excellent value for the price. Private small bungalow, clean, bright, and great bed. A great beach, international airport and two world class golf courses all within a ten minute taxi ride. Just a little too far to walk (15 min) in the Thai heat. If you would rather spend money on experiences than accommodation, this is a good choice. I was their first guest, so received VIP treatment from the Hostess and staff. All very helpful. Looking forward to my next trip.

Exactly as listed, nice space!

I loved it, stayed one month. there were fruits for me in the fridge when i arrived. Michel and Janine were always there when i needed something (the blender, an information about Phuket..). all good !

It was good experience

Alex is the best ! Traveling with a handicapped person is difficult, Alex made every effort to accommodate all our needs . He and his wife are the kindest and most helpful , as is the neighbors and locals . As far as the villa it’s in the perfect soi away from busy scooters and cars . I will say , it’s amazing villa , but outdated with no tv so please expect this . As for myself it’s a non issue , as I was expecting to detach while on my stay, but some people need tv and I’d say make sure to bring laptop . There are no negatives I could speak of about the villa and of the experience. I’m actually planning another booking with Alex on my next stay next year . This host goes above and beyond and for me this speaks volumes of his integrity and concern for his renters . My only advice is if it’s your first time stay in Thailand do ample research on the common things to expect .
