何度も利用させていただいています。チェックインやチェックアウト時間が直前に変更になっても、素早く対応していただき、とても助かりました。モニターなどの設備も増え、より快適に過ごすことができました。

Un incroyable logement niché au milieu des montagnes de Nagano, à 30 minutes à Vélo du lac de Suwa ou des chutes d'Otome. Quel beau séjour nous avons passé avec ma compagne, le tout bien aidés par nos hôtes d'une incroyable gentillesse. Merci à eux !

Stefano’s place was clean, comfortable and functional. It is quiet, peaceful and has everything we needed. It was nice to wake up to views of rice fields and mountains. We like the bath tub that we could soak in after all the long hikes. The washer and dryer machine was very useful and convenient. Most of all, Stefano and his wife were so hospitable and helpful. My daughter was having some chest tightness at night and I was worried about finding medical help in the rural area. But both Stefano and his wife came down to our room to help us. Very grateful to have locals to give us advice in time of need. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Komagane. The ropeway is definitely a must-go, which is a convenient short drive from this airbnb.

Wendy and Rodrigo were great host with wonderful hospitality! We enjoyed our stay in their lovely house and garden, they helped preparation for BBQ and wood stove ! Love to return this place again :)

最高の滞在でした！ お部屋は清潔感があり、ワインセラーやたっぷり用意されたふきんなど、細やかな心配りが随所に感じられました。目の前の酒屋さんにあったIPAもとても美味しくて、ビール好きにはたまらないロケーションです。 ホストの方のご対応もとても丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。全てが心地よく、またぜひリピートさせていただきたいと思える素晴らしいお宿でした！

Eine sehr gute Basis, um Karuizawa zu erkunden, alles Interessante ist mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

The host is very responsive and kindly allows early check in when the house is ready. This is our 2nd time to stay here, everything is perfect.

Spacious and cozy place - 2 bedrooms and 1 living room and plenty of parking spaces. Location is perfect, it’s right next to Takashima Castle and a cafe that sells delicious tarts and cakes (Le Pommier). Family Mart and drugstore is also walkable within minutes from the accommodation. There were free bicycles to use, unfortunately it was raining quite heavily when we were there and we didn’t get to use it. There were also brochures provided for us and we discovered nearby onsens and attractions. Similar to the other reviews, we heard footsteps of the guests living on the second floor. Thankfully they didn’t make too much noise at bedtime and we slept well. Another thing to note, there is no bidet.

第一次来到松本，我到的时候非常晚了，房东留了大门，自助入住非常顺畅。房源在一个神社的旁边，离观光点松本城也非常近（虽然我们的目的是第二天早晨去上高地，没有时间去欣赏松本城）。我和爸妈提着行李晚上穿过神社的时候，体验非常神奇，肃穆静谧。房间是在一条小商业街的二层，有两个卧室，客厅布置的挺温馨，这个价格在日本算真的挺宽敞的了。第二天清晨的时候离开，街道安静，在晨光中路过神社去往车站的路上都非常漂亮，是这次旅行中不错的体验。给想要入住这里的同伴提两个醒：1、晚上10点前抵达的话据说松本城会有灯光可以欣赏（很遗憾我们抵达的时候已经10点半了）；2、房间的榻榻米需要简单自己布置一下，不过也花不了几分钟。总体来说挺满意的，感谢房东！

とてもきれいなお部屋でした。 お布団もひいてあり、夜に到着したので、すぐに寝ることができて良かったです。 隣に温泉施設があり、歩いて2分のところに神社と公園もあります。 観光も楽しめるし、ゆっくりと過ごすこともできます。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Nice place, peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

If you’re staying in Matsumoto, look no further! This location is in a great location; a short walk from the station and central to stores, restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable. There’s lots of room if you have luggage. The bathroom is spacious with separate rooms for the toilet and shower. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked. The beds are also very comfortable. We were even able to do laundry during our stay! Matsumoto was my favorite place during our Japan adventures. And that’s partially due to how great Mio’s place was. I felt so at home there.

Exatamente conforme as fotos, local super limpo e aconchegante. Já aluguei várias vezes por aqui e nunca estive em um imóvel tão equipado com coisas p/ cozinha, mantimentos e outros como aqui. Muito obrigado por nos atender tão bem.

Was so impressed with our accommodation it was perfect, with great location, beautiful views, and it accommodated all our needs. would definitely come back here to stay and would highly recommend.

The host was very easy to talk to, and we felt truly welcome in her home. The house is full of amenities. When she found out it was our anniversary, she surprised us with a gift. We had a wonderful time staying at her place.

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

The cabin was a little secluded with small roads. But very beautiful surroundings and still near the main attractions. Great privacy and very well appointed accommodation. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.

ホストさんの人の温かさが素晴らしいです。 困ったことがあればすぐに対応してもらえました。 普段全国のヴィラやコテージを趣味で回ってるのですが このクオリティでこの価格は良い意味であり得ないと思ってます。 BBQを手ぶらで利用するためには+4500円 焚き木を楽しむには+2500円 掛かりますが、近くのホームセンターや持参もOKとのことです。 BBQセットは自由ですので炭などと食材を持っていけばオプション料金かからずすぐにできますね 大きな半露天風呂つきです 大人4人は入れます。キレイでした。 出来立ての宿泊施設で英語表記も完璧。 ここは近いうちに人気になりそうだと思います じゃらんや一休にも載せたら予約で埋まりそうだと思います(余計なおせっかいかもしれませんがw) 本当に素晴らしいご対応ありがとうございました
