There are 1 W bed with USB and 1 sofa at the space which calmed down in a room. You can use it comfortably by 2 people.( Less than 12 years old can't stay) . A water cleaner for drinks is installed in a kitchen, and there are a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric pot and a IH stove. The cookware and the tableware are also even. Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. With this quintessential double story historical townhouse that looks out to the Kamo River, the renovation is kept minimal in order to best preserve its authenticity, especially the courtyard where light enters.
