La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta un accogliente casa vacanze in campagna con due appartamenti indipendenti. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande è un grande spazio su due piani con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni ed ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi che scegliendo questo spazio soggiorneranno poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici del nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The Santa Maria Nuova arcispedale can be reached in minutes by car, as well as the RCF Arena. The privileged location ensures the utmost peace of mind and enjoyment. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
