The “grottino” (NL-00003565) is a small, detached two-room house: on the first floor, there is a living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower; on the second floor, there is a sleeping area with a queen-size bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is located 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona, and 25 km from Locarno. HOLIDAY CARDS for everyone.

Casa Talamona is one of the oldest medieval residences within the old city walls in the center of Sala Capriasca (the birthplace of the well-known Swiss-Argentinian poet Alfonsina Storni). The grocery store and the public transport stop connecting Sala to Lugano are 50 meters away.
