The place is in a beachfront location and there are stairs to go down to the sea. There are sitting areas in the garden and seating areas by the sea. It is a quiet and most importantly safe place. Big balconies and sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening are very nice. Trabzon is 20 minutes away from the center by car and there are fish and meatball restaurants within 3 kilometers. The phone of the owner of the facility is open 24 hours and they are assisted.

The stay in the house was very soothing with the outdoor seats and the big house and nice kitchen. All the amenities were there which made the house feel like home. All in all it was amazing experience and I would stay there again with family in the future.

The house is gorgeous and beautifully designed. It’s incredibly comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. a mini supermarket and bread shop is within short walking distance. The host (Adnan) is one of the kindest and most thoughtful person we have ever met. We are so grateful for his warmth care. We are definitely will com stay in his place if we visit Trabzon again.

There were only a few bugs in the kitchen area because it was in the forest. Also, the hot water was not enough for the hot tub. Other than that, it's a perfect place.

Brother Kader and his lover family made me feel like I had a family in this Trabzon, where I came alone... Everything was great, but the most valuable thing was the interest and warmth they showed, I👌🏻🫠 would definitely recommend it... I will be back in March in the summer 😻🙌🏻

I thank Mr. Amir for the speed of response, hospitality, respect, apartment, and the wonderful and clean apartment, and it is suitable for large families, and the view in it is stunning in its balconies overlooking the sea and the mountain. I also thank the great lady and the old man who was in my reception and my family, and I spent the most beautiful two days in it, and I will repeat the return to this apartment
