Everything was great! Pablo took very good care of us! Easy to get to and easy parking! The apartment was spotless

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in great location of Madrid. Apartment was well-stocked with kitchen utensils to prepare meals if we chose, but also in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Super quiet block. Access to parking garage was a bonus. Pilar was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to any communication. Would definitely recommend.

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with a subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very kind and attentive to us, we would repeat without hesitation.

As per the photos, the only minor issue was that some of the amenities were not very well maintained but did not affect the use.Clean and cozy, very friendly, smooth communication, able to solve problems quickly ~

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, with good views, very bright and very well located. Possibility of parking in the same building. We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment for two and you can receive two visits to eat. Very kind and attentive to our co-host Vojko to the queries we made. Close to downtown, Main Museums, Atocha if you are traveling by train to another city. You are walking and arriving in 10' . Cute and quaint Barrio Lavapies. There are shops for provisions nearby and many bars 4' from the apartment. It is on the 4th floor by stairs but up well. Likewise, you will see that no 4 story housing building has an elevator.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay, the apartment is very well located. Carlos is a very helpful host. Also it didn't put us any problems with our dog (a braco). A recommended and worthwhile place to stay.

Very spacious and clean apartment. The apartment has all the utilities needed. Well located next to metro station. Moreover, there is a direct bus from the airport that goes to the station next to the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, it has no window apart from the entrance. I went during the summer, and it was a blessing in disguise, because this keep this apartment fresh all day. I didnt have to use the AC during all my stay. Communications with Guilhem was very efficient.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to the park. Centro is just in the other side of the park (approx 30min walk). Nice restaurants, cafes, bars in the area. Maria was very helpful and responsive. WiFi is a little spotty, but reasonable for limited stays.

Absolutely amazing location. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had an elevator for luggage and easy to walk up to first floor. Well decorated and good shower, nice linen and big towels etc. Main bed is a double so a bit squishy for 2 big people. Would definitely stay again. Loved our time there.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!
