Cottage by the sea

The cabin is located in a peaceful area with hiking terrain and a great starting point for fishing. Fire pit and outdoor furniture on the pitch. Possibility to rent a kayak for paddling on the fjord, price to be agreed. Two bedrooms. Cinderella urinal and incineration toilet. Shower. Rainwater for taps. Drinking water must be brought. During the period when there is frost (November - April) there will be no rainwater in the taps and all water must be brought. Garsnes jetty is about 3.5 km away. No smoking or pets allowed inside the cabin.

Charming log cabin by the river

Charming, little log cabin right by the river. The cabin has only one room, with a bunk bed, dining table with two chairs, TV on the wall, kitchen bench with sink (without running water, see further down in the text), fridge and heating stove. Outside the cabin there is a site with a table and bench. Toilet and kitchen can be found in the service building 20 meters from the cabin. There is no running water in the cabin itself, this must be collected either in the small hut right above the cabin, or inside the kitchen in the service building.

Chateau Sjøvegan - live right by the water's edge

Looking for something unique but central? Listed by the Armed Forces in 1934, Chateau Sjøvegan has been both coffee roasting and then some. On the same plot as Magasinet, which will be refurbished in 2026 with funds from the Cultural Heritage Fund. Located conveniently right by Sjøvegan (650m to the city center) where there are both shops, cafes, restaurants and showers. Extremely simple standard! Outhouse No running water, water cans are provided. 4 beds (1x sofa bed for 2, 1x medium-sized bed in the loft for 2, and 1x mattress)

Directly from the cottage you can go skiing and hiking all year round, and the area is also ideal for freeriders – there are peaks up to 1500 m nearby. Enjoy the great views, slow pace and high standard with family and friends. In the living room you can enjoy the outdoor feeling even if the weather is not on your side. By the sea you can fish, swim and enjoy the moment. Here you are guaranteed a resting heart rate, good moments and quality time. The cabin has no electricity and water, but upgraded facilities so that there is 12V, 230v, hot and cold water in the spring. Cooktop and oven on gas. Minimum 22 years for rent.

Apartment rented in quiet surroundings. You get access to two rooms, a kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom is newly renovated in 2026. In both rooms you will find two single beds with bed linen, a small table, double cabinet with mirror, TV and heater. There is also an armchair with a stool, and a desk lamp desk. The rooms are owned by Elvelund Camping, and are located in the main building.
