Great place for a getaway from Chennai and very close to Mahabalipuram. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and jacuzzi.

I enjoyed staying at Gowthams place, in a quiet natural area, but close to the town.. He was very friendly and helped me out advice on the local area..

Beautiful house with two bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people and the one on the first floor has 2 master beds that could accommodate 4 or 6 people. House is beautifully decorated and maintained well. Caretaker Padma was a nice lady who made coffee for us and was helpful. Quiet surroundings with absolutely no disturbances. Good restaurants near by and they also deliver food. Drawing room was beautiful. Overall everything was good. Just there is a bit of mosquitoes in the lawn and they also get inside if the doors are left open or opened and closed often. Found it difficult to sleep in the ground floor bedroom due to mosquito bites. Take odomos or any mosquito repellent with you. Only thing the place lacks is a swimming pool, but the beauty of the house compensates for that. Beach is like 5 minutes walk. Overall super happy with the place and planning to there again soon.

Booked this stay for my brother, and it turned out to be a great experience. The place is located within a peaceful village, which gives a sense of safety and calm. All the major tourist spots are nearby, and the beach is just a minute’s drive away. You can even catch a glimpse of local fishing boats and early morning activity by the shore, which adds to the charm. Food delivery from Swiggy and Zomato is available, which was super convenient. The check-in time at 4 PM and checkout at 2 PM worked out perfectly, especially for guests arriving in the evening—unlike many other hotels that ask you to leave by 10 or 11 AM. Overall, the stay was smooth, comfortable, and had a very homely vibe.
