This place is pure magic. From the moment we booked, Orion and his family made us feel so welcome - sending a thoughtful list of local recommendations that truly shaped our experience (don’t skip them!). The home itself is a masterpiece. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a work of art, filled with beauty, intention, and warmth. We woke up every morning to breathtaking sunrises and the songs of visiting birds. Some days we’d find little surprises waiting outside - like a fresh watermelon or a child handing us a flower. These small gestures meant so much. We also quickly fell in love with the dogs, and it was hard to say goodbye to them. The best dogs ever. Orion also provided us a fantastic mezcal tasting, sharing his deep knowledge, and he also taught us how to make an incredible salsa from scratch. We look forward to make it on our own every week as soon as we are home again (it truly was a next level salsa). It’s hard to describe just how special this place is - go visit!

Me gustó mucho el lugar y la atención, además tenía lo necesario para realizar comida en casa, el clima super bien y la ubicación muy buena para ir a las bahías, al Chedraui y los mercados. Muy limpia la casa y todo lo que hay, además la atención de Iliana fue muy buena. Si vuelvo a alojarme en este lugar 😊, super recomendado.

La casa hermosa!!! Mucho mejor q las fotos. Brenda desde el inicio estuvo mensajeándome y Daniel nos recibió para darnos el recorrido en la casa. Las recomendaciones de Brenda para el alquiler del auto y los tour en Huatulco fueron excelentes. Fui con mi familia incluyendo 2 menores (3 años y 7 años) no querían salir de la alberca ya que cuenta un muy buen tamaño y las habitaciones muy cómodas cada una con su baño. Muy céntrico todo: playas, embarcaderos para tour, mercado, zonas de comida, centros comerciales. Todo a 10 min máximo en auto Excelente casa, sin dudar regresaría

This is a very well done and unique home. We were there for two weeks and it was a delight. The cabanas are well designed and fit perfectly with the lush surrounding tropical vegetation. This is a special property clearly loved by the owners. The family designed and built the units and it stands out from other 'cookie cutter' units in the area that were clearly just built to turn a peso. Pauline and her son are always available and often on site tending to things. The woman who cleaned each week for us was very thorough and clearly cared about her work. As did the young fellow who tended to the beautiful plantings and all things outdoors while we were there. There are many fine restaurants just down the hill on the main street through town. And the vast beaches are just beyond. Five minutes to the street and then two more to be on the beach itself. There are little markets with fresh fruit and vegetables and several small groceries. Bring pesos. (And shampoo.) And enjoy!

Todo excelente , ubicación , instalaciones , todo súper limpio, cómodo, la alberca la disfruto muchísimo mis niños, en especial la de 4 años ! Todo súper bonito la casa me encanto y el trato del anfitrión bastante amable súper cordial atento a nuestra llegada y salida ! La recomiendo al 100 % encantados de volver !!

La vista de Casa Tehuana fue lo mejor de todo, facil acceso y muy buena atención de las cocineras. Habitaciones amplias y zonas de convivencia bien distribuidas. Sin duda regresariamos en familia. Alicia fue una excelente host atenta en la comunicación antes y durante nuestra estancia.

Un lugar hermoso para desconectarte y descansar, los empleados muy atentos y amables, te brindan apoyo con todo lo que necesites. Durante mi estancia llovió muy fuerte y se fue la luz en la localidad, siempre nos apoyaron para mantener fresco el medicamento de mi mamá y para que tuviéramos iluminación. Definitivamente regresaría, la estancia es cómoda y hermosa.

El alojamiento es demasiado bonito y cómodo, la verdad es que me sentí como en casa, los anfitriones siempre respondieron mis dudas y fueron muy amables en todo momento. Mi 🐶 también lo disfrutó pues justo en frente está un parque, lo recomiendo mucho. 💗

Condominio muy cómodo, increíble para descansar, todo funcionando al 100%, ubicado en excelente lugar, cercano a las bahías Tangolunda y Arrocito, me encantó y lo súper recomiendo!

La casa es PRECIOSA, ENORME y tiene todo lo indispensable para los días que necesites quedarte. Lee bien la descripción porque no podrás usar toda la casa, eso depende del número de personas que vayan. Faltaban unas cuantas amenidades y habían focos fundidos pero nada de eso afectó la funcionalidad de la casa. Doña Luci fue muy amable y muy clara al explicar el uso de la casa. No estaba el asador y la hielera que aparece en las fotos, tampoco la secadora de pelo, no habían camastros para acostarse y tampoco me dio permiso de acostarme en la sala lo cual me pareció raro. Cuando le mencioné de un foco fundido me pidió cambiarlo yo personalmente aunque creo que lo atribuyo a que no entendió que era una lámpara de pared que yo no podía cambiar. En general la casa es perfecta y considero que si atienden estos detalles sería el alojamiento PERFECTO. Definitivamente volvería ahora considerando los detalles de la distribución de las habitaciones y así poder usar toda la casa. Vale 100%

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y privado con una vista increíble! Es mejor que en las fotos. Tuvimos que movernos en taxi para llegar al pueblo, pero el bugalow está muy bien equipado, la cama es cómoda, el baño es amplio, cuenta con dos mesitas en el balcón y sillas para descansar viendo el mar. Bajamos a la playa, caminamos de 10-15 minutos. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento, sin embargo nos lo comentaron con anticipación.

Nos hospedamos por una semana en compañía de nuestras perritas, hicimos home office los primeros 3 días de semana santa y pudimos trabajar sin ningún inconveniente. La casa estaba a menos de 10 minutos caminando a la playa así que aprovechábamos para caminar por las mañanas y trabajar en el día. La casa estuvo muy a gusto para pasar los días. Sólo preparábamos el desayuno en casa y comíamos y cenábamos fuera, tiene lo básico para poder cocinar algo sencillo pero quizá para algún platillo más elaborado no sé podría. Sin duda regresaríamos a pasar unas vacaciones y/o días de home office a esta casa.

Las playas quedan a 30min. Tiene muy fácil acceso y la zona es bonita y tranquila por la zona hay bastantes lugares de comida rica, en la noche pocos, pero ricos, con preguntar llegas a donde sea, la casa es súper bonita y limpia, espaciosa y tranquila, en general es muy recomendable y si hubiera alberca sería la estancia 5 estrellas, me encantó a mí y mis familiares 🫶🏽

We highly recommend ! It has absolutely beautiful views and is private, although on a property with other accommodations. It is very close to town to walk. Jesus was extremely helpful and gave us a recommendation for dinner where we had the the best enchiladas in our life. We plan to visit again!

This is a great little spot in Zipolite! 5 or 10 minutes to the beach or downtown, with fantastic greenery all around, not over looked. Some people mentioned the climbing up to the house, unless you are disabled, it really is no big deal. I would not let the 70 steps put you off, this is how you get privacy, and tranquility. The place is brand new , although very basic it is sufficient. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this rental.

La ubicación y el acceso era muy bueno,las instrucciones claras, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, la atención por parte de sergio fue excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento.

Increíble lugar para relajarse, prácticamente parecía que la playa era solo para nosotros, super bonita, limpia, buena comida de los negocios cercanos. La casa en muy buenas condiciones, el aire funcionaba super bien y las camas suuper cómodas. Los host super atentos y amables. Amamos nuestras vacaciones y volveríamos a regresar sin dudarlo (:

The setting is absolutely spectacular in person - even better than the images. The house is charming and the walk down the hill to the semi private beach is long but perfectly manageable. The team at the hotel Bahia de la Luna could not have been lovelier. there is also a wonderful outdoor shower that i used every day However, the listing should stress how tricky (steep and rough) the roads are to navigate. i rented a normal sedan car and although it is DOABLE in a regular car, I wished every day that i had a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We also felt that the kitchen could be a little better equipped and the stove/oven were rather temperamental. Given that the position of the house made it hard to go out for dinner at night, it's important to be able to cook. the local market (fish in Puerto Angel or the big municipal market in Pochutla) are wonderful. Last - it would have been good to have some seating on the two bedroom balconies and some extra seating for the dining table

This worked really well for our needs. We worked remotely during the day using the great wifi, and walked down into town/beach for dinner and drinks in the evenings. We stayed in May, and the weather was already really hot (almost unbearable!) so we will come back in the prime season next time. The AC was great and needed 24/7. We did not mind the walk up the hill, but again we would not recommend coming during the summer! Overall it was a great first trip to Zipolite and the beautfiul AirBnB was the highlight of our visit. The kitchen was well stocked, and we liked the outdoor shower.
