100 m² chalet on a 700 m² private plot, fenced, wooded and unobstructed. Accommodation, garden, bowling ground and swimming pool are for exclusive and private use of the occupants. We are located at the entrance of Argeles sur mer at the place called Taxo. You will be in a quiet place while being close to all amenities. Come and enjoy this chalet between the sea, mountains and countryside for an unforgettable vacation. The accommodation is located 3 km from the sea and 1500 m from the village.

This village house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. With a parking space on a quiet street, 5 minutes from all shops and 15 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Perpignan, and the towns of Collioure, Canet and Saint-Cyprien nearby. Spain and its tapas are 30 minutes away. On the first floor, there is a main room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed with an 18 cm mattress. On the mezzanine, there is a shower room and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. A bicycle storage room is available.

My accommodation is located in the middle of the picturesque old town of Collioure. It has a large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and castle because of its unique location. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, families and groups. Pets are welcome. With our neighbouring houses, up to 20 guests can be accommodated. If you are interested, please just ask.
