HOUSE ON THE SEA, dream beach 50m, 2 BR, 4 people

Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a minute's walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cosy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the ground floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, kayaks and stand up paddling rental and a fish sale directly to Fang. Salema is a charming fishing village, from the beach excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and recreational parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. Wonderful sunsets can be experienced at the Cabo de Sao Vincente.

Two-storey house. On the ground floor, there is the living room, kitchen , bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace with table and chairs . On the first floor , we have two double bedrooms, one with balcony to the Street and another with sea and village views and another bathroom also with shower. The house is situated on a one-way street going up , so it has full access by car to the house . There is no private parking, but there is a free one 200 meters from the house .

My place is close to A casa Amarelinha is located 50 meters from the beach, this beach has very clean waters, guarded, wheelchair accessible, first aid and with blue flag, great for family activities, hiking, water activities or even a little game of Golf.
