The house is less then 10 minutes drive away from the nearest beach Salema or 30 minutes walk to Praia da Figueira on a beautiful nature track. It is also very close to other beautiful beaches that are also walkable.

It has a small balcony, 1 bathroom (fixed shower 1.80 and mobile shower 1.90) and 1 living room with kitchen on the ground floor, on the 2nd floor is the sleeping area.
