Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

Kudos to Sanchita's proactive behaviour which led me to write this review. I found sanchita a professional women who is ready to listen and act carefully on almost all request which are genuine. Sanchita has almost followed everything which i asked from her. The staff has calm behaviour and always trying to listen carefully and then act accordingly. I would highly recommend this place. The ambience and surrounding is so calm and soothing. Rooms feel fresh and clean. Room amenities are all in good working condition so you wont regret if you want to book the place.

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

This place was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning balcony view. The apartment offered great amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and a play area. The location was very convenient—everything we needed, like restaurants, pubs, nightlife, wine shop, rental bike and even the beach, was within 2 km. We truly had a wonderful time! A special thanks to the host Ashok for being so flexible and allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Amazing stay , felt very warm and homely . The complex stands in a very safe and accessible location and can even be found by non locals without the help of Maps . Zarir maintains the place really well , i always had this idea that AirBnB(s) are never as good as pictures until i checked out this one . Zarir is one great host , always on the clock to help and a really sweet dude .
