A very cozy and beautiful house. Everything was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The house has a large number of facilities for the stay and the landscape is beautiful. And the host will always be on the lookout and concerned that everything is going as expected.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. We had a great weekend at accommodation Benaki, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, in an idyllic setting. The views from the house, with the green mountains in the background, are spectacular. As for the house itself, it is perfectly equipped and prepared for the mountain climate. Communication with Carmen, the host, was another very positive point to take into account, giving us the necessary information to enjoy the house, making recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the surroundings, and always being willing to solve any questions we might have. We will repeat, it is perfect to spend a few days in the middle of nature.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful rural setting just 15 minutes from the city. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. Alejandra is an outstanding host: warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely consider returning.

We spent a night in Lys's apartment, which is incredibly well located, close to all the bars but in a quiet and noise-free place. The views are beautiful and the apartment is bright with all the amenities. A nice touch to leave coffee, tea, milk, to make breakfast the next morning. Check-in was flexible and Lys was very kind, accommodating a last-minute change, and quick to reply to messages. He also gave us some recommendations for the place, what to visit, and where to eat. Thank you very much! We were very comfortable.

A beautiful house, cared for down to the smallest detail. The garden is more of the same, very well-kept with different areas to relax. Well-enclosed property, ideal if you are taking a getaway with your 4-legged friends. Located in an ideal area to disconnect, all the countryside around which for us is part of the charm and with the plus of having restaurants nearby (you can walk to a restaurant) and 20 minutes by car from Gijón. Jorge, super kind and attentive. Definitely recommended and an experience to repeat.

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

The stay was very pleasant, everything corresponded to the description. Very spacious and comfortable house. The environment is very nice with a soccer field and a swimming pool for children.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

Jose, he was a good host, he allowed us to check in later than the scheduled time and he was waiting for our arrival. He showed us the whole complex and gave us quality recommendations for the area. He even accessed our request to provide us with a thief when we needed him. He also threw us a cable with the check-out. Grateful, we recommend this accommodation, if you are looking for a few days of peace and tranquility in a rural setting. Keep in mind that there are quite a few curves to get there and that you may get a little dizzy, take it easy and ready. Price - quality, worth it 😇

Very nice and clean accommodation, they accept animals and is to be appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, aviles, covadonga, oviedo etc The house has all the commissions, for putting a but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30 but it is not the fault of the accommodation. We would repeat without any hesitation

Magical location. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little things that Ruben had prepared ie Lovely wash products, coffee pods, washing detergent, even a small olive oil to cook with. Can only highly recommend. Maybe the nicest rental I've used!

A very comfortable private place with everything we needed. The house was incredible!

It is a beautiful village house, renovated and well cared for and it was also very clean. We loved its interior, tastefully decorated, and its exterior in a very charming and quiet village. The children have played in the meadows, super happy.

The Palacete Peñanora is an ideal place to spend time in the heart of Asturias. The house is wonderful, very large and well organized and very clean. The BBQ dining room is an idea to make a good barbecue even if it rains (as was our case). Also, Sandra and German are lovely. They gave us very good recommendations and were very helpful and kind.

The place is great, no doubt if you stay in Avilés and it's not with her, it will be a mistake, and she is available for any problems. We had a small problem and she solved it right away. The cleanliness was great, and if you make a mistake (like me) leaving something in the house, you have no problem, she also solved it (thanks Silvia). Don't hesitate to stay

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. We loved the Shelter. Silvia was a sweetheart, super attentive to everything and very nice. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, and an iron. If you like tranquility and you come with a dog, you will love the place. The location is 10 minutes from Villaviciosa where there are bars, a supermarket, a pharmacy and everything you need. 100% recommended. Thank you very much for everything 😊
