Beachfront holiday rental in Salmon Arm

We just spend 2 week's at this stunning property! The first week was just myself and my husband and the second week our daughter joined us. The cabin has the most spectacular views and we enjoyed the deck so much as we were able to chase the shade as it was very warm in the sun. The ac in the cabin was welcomed and appreciated. There is a private dock that was absolutely glorious and we took our chairs out there and spent our happy hour (s) every day out there! We enjoyed days on the water with a pontoon boat rental from Magna bay! There are so many local famer's markets that we were able to get all our farm fresh fruits and veggies. One thing to note that is is right on the highway and I was not expecting the noise level of the traffic, however you do get used of it and the view negates any noise! This is a such a gem and hope to get the opportunity to book again! It is magical :) Donna was an amazing host and was extremely quick to respond!

Linday provided exceptional service! She was incredibly friendly to our dog and even prepared some treats for him, which made us feel so welcomed. On top of that, she surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. We mistakenly got the checkout time wrong and were 30 minutes late, but the staff was very understanding and kind about it. Our family had a wonderful holiday, and we highly recommend staying here!

I’m hesitant to give a 5 star review, only because we would love to keep this cabin hidden for ourselves every winter. We were on an annual snowmobile trip. We ride Park and Nelson all the time. It was great not having to drive home every night to the kelowna area. We rode our sleds right from the driveway. The trail fee guy was a few hundred feet up the road. Cabin was exactly what you should expect. Clean, neat and the owners were incredibly accommodating. We would park our sleds, hop in the hot tub and relax with beers and cook great dinners overlooking the lake. What else can you ask for.

Absolutely perfect vacation. From the house, to the beach, to the seating areas, to the views from every single window, you will not be disappointed. The location was perfect, incredibly quiet and secluded, even with neighbours, it felt like an island. Host was quick to respond and help when we had questions. House was well stocked, they thought of everything. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

We stayed two nights at the house and the hosts were very nice to us. They have very friendly dogs, our stay was magical. The place is wonderful and has a perfect view that will make you fall in love. Binky helped us wash the dishes at breakfast and asked us at all times if she could help us. I recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and peaceful retreat in Anglemont. The perfect spot for a quiet escape from the hustle. One of the best parts was that the property is pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dog along for the adventure. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our time relaxing on the deck, exploring nearby trails, and just soaking up the calm atmosphere. Kat and Ken were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet-friendly getaway in the beautiful Shuswap region. Thanks for the lovely time.

Nermin's property was beautiful, well-kept. The pool was a huge hit with our girls as they had hours of fun swimming and playing. She was always willing to help and was such a kind person. she offered and made us the most delicious pizza that we all devoured. She was interesting to speak with about her travels and life, and her dog Rollo kept us from being too homesick for our dogs. We had an excellent experience and would be happy to return again next summer. We highly recommend this great spot.

This accommodation far outweighed our expectations. When we first walked in we could not believe the breathtaking views. Everything was spotless and you instantly felt at home. The attention to detail was top notch. Nothing was missed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to dine in. The outdoor space in this unit is exactly as shown in the pictures and it is stunning. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck enjoying our morning coffee. It was pure luxury and was peaceful, quiet and spotless. The only regret we had was that we did not stay a couple of additional days. Kris was an amazing host who responded promptly. Beautiful location, great spot on the lake, such nice walks and gorgeous patio. The pool wasn’t open yet when I stayed but I would love to come back when it is. Very comfy and great responsive host.

I would stay here again!! Beautiful, beautiful setting overlooking lake Okanagan and the hills beyond. Lovely places to walk. Mostly quiet, although at times one could hear the road traffic. I really appreciated Rob's availability, even though he was out of country at the time we were staying. Bathrooms and kitchen very well equipped.

Pam's place was just as described. Pam and Doug met us during our stay. They were very helpful, offered the shed for us to store our bikes. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were cold drinks and a bottle of a Rose wine in the fridge. We enjoyed the hot tub after our bike ride. Overall an excellent vacation home away from home. We would book again when visiting Vernon next time.

We spent 5 nights here with our 14 month old. It was super comfortable- nice bed, good shower, great AC. It was nice to have the lake across the road to cool off- bring your own floaties or boat:) and water shoes! Shannon gave us a great list of fun things to do nearby. We drove (~30 minutes) into Salmon Arm quite often which was fine! Also for baby proofing we secured the cupboards with elastics and blocked the stairway with a travel crib. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light! The big windows are so nice and we didn’t mind it but I did use eye mask in early morning. We would stay here again; it was super nice and better than the photos in my opinion. :) Shannon was very responsive and brought us a fan for downstairs bedroom when requested. The backyard patio/bbq was great to have. Thank you!

Danielle's place was beyond our expectations! Beautiful view from the large deck, especially with coffee in the mornings and glass of wine during sunset. Close to the beach/lake and we had so much time with kayaks! My teen daughters also enjoyed night swims, the water was warm. The property itself was super clean, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed! Danielle was VERY friendly and quick to respond! We had no trouble at all with check-in, and no issues during our stay. We hope to be back early next summer!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Tracy and Kevin’s suite. The property is right by the lake, and the suite itself was very clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our entire stay. Kevin kindly prepared firewood for us each day—plenty of it!—so we could enjoy cozy bonfires and s’mores at night. The setting was so serene and peaceful, and we loved taking in the beautiful lake view from the house. On rainy days, we enjoyed the board games available in the suite, which was such a thoughtful touch. Tracy and Kevin are incredibly kind and responsive hosts. They were quick to reply to any questions and even shared great recommendations for local activities. We truly had a lovely stay—thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay, Didn’t really like all the noisy geese in the area. The unit was quite squeaky with the floors and the doors.

We had a wonderful stay at Brea’s place! The space is beautiful and the access to the water is ideal.

Beautiful sunsets from the unforgettable hot tub. A great place to relax for days, but unfortunately we were not there in the summer to enjoy the lake which looked great.

Adana/Nika was very responsive and helpful. The overall space was a little smaller than we had anticipated, but met our needs just fine. The cabin was well stocked with the essentials we needed: basic fridge items, some drinks, tons of pots, pans and utensils. In some ways it just felt like home! We loved the huge deck and spent lots of time relaxing there - and on the hammock! The area was private and peaceful, and just down the hill from the Sorrento shops and eateries. And, only a 15 min drive to Blind Bay and some good restaurants. Overall, we loved it, and hope to come again!
