Good location only 2.5 kms from hospital, 3 kms from college and 7kms from university. Excellent location for working professionals and students. Within walking distance to mall and grocery store.

Get out of the hustle and bustle of town to a quiet setting, yet so close to everything. Located on Cranbrook Hill, a 15 acre farm setting, large living space - approximately 550 square feet. You will have your own private entrance with full kitchen and bath, and in-suite laundry. We are a family of 4, plus Piper the indoor dog and Diesel the outdoor dog. They are friendly and loves belly rubs.
