Located 2.5 km from the village of Grazzano Visconti, the residence is located in the central area of the village, within walking distance of the sports center equipped with a swimming pool, tennis courts and paddle courts. In front of the property there is a bus stop to reach the city or the Piacenza valleys. The villa, with a separate entrance, is completely fenced in and has a terrace and balcony, a garden on three sides and a double garage that accommodates three cars. Ideal for long stays and/or large groups.

Villa Amena is the ideal home for those who love large and quiet spaces close to the city. The beautiful terrace and surrounding garden allow moments of relaxation even in the open air. The interiors are cozy and cared for in detail. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, free Wi-Fi, TV, CD player and mosquito nets. As you may have noticed in the available services, there is no washing machine, but a short distance from us there is a self-service laundry that is always open and inexpensive.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.
