Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Salt Lake County

Great place! Spacious, clean, comfortable, just as described. Super easy access and central location. Close to the freeway entrance, shopping, lots of food choices, and entertainment. Hosts are great communicators. My family loved our stay here!

Monica’s place was amazing . She stocked the house with breakfast essentials/snacks/drinks. The beds were comfortable and loved that the house had a movie room. Home was perfect for a couple . Location was everything !! 20 min drive to snowbird and about 30 to solitude / Brighton . Definitely would stay here again .

I’d stay here again! Great location yet quiet and peaceful. Plenty of easy parking and nice neighbors. The place was really clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants and stores less than 3 minutes away. Dave responded to questions in minutes and we felt well taken care of. The place was so comfortable and relaxing! Even the cleaning staff was wonderful. We accidentally left a few items and they let us know right away and we got them back quickly. Thanks for a great week!

The accommodations were very nice and met all our needs. We were there for two and one/half months waiting for construction of our new home to be completed. We got to know the property very well and came to feel like we were on a vacation. You have total privacy as the lodging area is in the lower level of the home (which is all yours !) with a private entrance located in the landscaped and fenced-in backyard. The furnishings were very nice and the walls sparkled with large paintings and color. The king size bed in the master bedroom was heavenly. Warning: You might have a problem getting out of bed in the morning because it’s so comfortable. There is also a large movie room with theater seating and a television family room. That’s right, two separate entertainment rooms with large flat screened viewing. Host Jenifer and her husband Monte are very personable and could not have been more accommodating. You will love it.

Great location you’re in the middle of everything in downtown. Great restaurants literally all around ! You are 10 minutes from the airport 25 minutes to Park city area walking distance to local grocery walking distance to restaurants and parks. The apartment is located in the corner facing the street right next to a balcony patio area which was very convenient. It is a little busy so if you’re a light sleeper, this might not work for you But nothing I couldn’t handle and I’m a light sleeper. Overall, the apartment was clean you had everything you needed . Great communication by Randall highly recommend this place will definitely go back if I ever need to come back to Utah

This was a great place! Tim’s apartment was clean and quaint. I loved the rooftop pool! It was close in close proximity to everything downtown and I was able to walk everywhere. There is a nice free parking garage and a nice little spot for drinks and food on site. Tim was very responsive and was always willing to give me advice about local spots to try. I will definitely stay here again!

Was a comfortable stay. Had everything we needed. Surprisingly how quiet the space was for being an apartment.

Our stay in this incredible home far exceeded expectations. We met in Utah for a Joyous graduation celebration , and staying here turned the trip into something truly memorable. The house itself is stunning—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Even with 8 of us, there was always a quiet corner to escape to with a book or a cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, there are three different coffee makers (because options matter!), along with snacks, popcorn, and all the little extras that made us feel completely at home. The open kitchen became our gathering place—where conversations flowed, and daily plans were made. And the view. Looking over SLC valley, it’s stunning by day but absolutely magical at night. Facing west, we were treated to beautiful sunsets. Add in the cozy outdoor fireplaces and jacuzzi tub, and you’ve got a dream setting to unwind while soaking it all in. There's also a game room. This home has everything.

Clean place will try to book again when I travel through Salt Lake City.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful mountain retreat! Enclosed in trees and mountain air, this house is serene and the moments for relaxation and fun are plentiful. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra comfortable: from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy fireplaces to the beautiful art. The basement with its arcade space, pool table, ping pong table, and home theater kept five kids ages 2-14 happy throughout the day. This house was clearly designed with guests and bringing people together in mind, which is exactly what we were looking for in celebrating a 50th anniversary. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, answering questions quickly. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. This home was perfect for our needs, Plus everyone enjoyed all the amenities. Young and old where entertained and felt at home! Plenty of room for all. Perfect location, easy to access freeway to UVU, BYU, SLC Airport, Temple Square, and shopping.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern townhome! The space is thoughtfully updated with a clean, stylish design. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. It’s located just minutes from the downtown area, making it super convenient to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was seamless and straightforward, and we really appreciated the large TVs in the living area and bedrooms—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of modern luxury!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfy and has an awesome vibe. The coffee/tea bar was a sweet amenity. Mornings and evenings in the hot tub after long days of sight seeing was amazing! Definitely recommend!

This house was a great spot to host my group while in the area. Very clean, a beautiful view, and an amazing hot tub to decompress in! the goats were very responsive and were very helpful when a couple of small questions popped up.

Gene’s place in Solitude was perfect. Hottub and right next to the lift. Comfy bed and communicative host. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay that was perfect for a ski getaway to Solitude for our family of 4. Location was incredible, walk to slopes, restaurants and corner store, rental shop, etc…never had to drive any where! Condo was exactly as described and was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We usually ski Colorado but are sold on Utah now!

Beautiful room that matches the description. Very detailed instructions and communication for check in and stay. Loved the location being walkable to many restaurants nearby. Everything was great and would recommend for anyone visiting SLC!

We had a gorgeous long weekend in this fab condo at Solitude. It’s very well stocked, the beds are super comfy, and the place was very clean & cozy. We hiked all day, jumped in the pool when we got home, and had delicious home cooked dinners, as well as meals out. The management was extremely responsive, checked in on us, and were super friendly & helpful. We had everything we needed, (very happy with thoughtful stocking of this Airbnb), from shampoo to family games to a good chef’s knife! :) Thanks for a wonderful stay.
