Condo holiday rentals in Salt River

I was a little skeptical about staying so close to the mountains. Once I got there...OMG! The place is beautiful, and the mountain view is beautiful especially at sunset! The home was spotless, was just as it was described on the site. The pictures were accurate, what you see online is what you get! The spice rack in the kitchen was such a special touch! Each washroom has complimentary toiletries. Oliver was easy to communicate with. The entire experience was wonderful! Five star-Top tier all the way around! Would definitely book again!

We stayed a week in this condo located in a quiet section of Fountain Hills with spectacular views. The condo itself was spotless with plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Coming from the East Cost, the southwest themed artwork was quite attractive. The hosts are very responsive too and we look forward to coming back again.

Right from the time we booked and throughout our stay, Meilani and Brian, were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We loved the space. It had everything we needed. The condo was extremely clean, and the pool area and workout facility enhanced our stay. We highly recommend renting this condo from these hosts. Absolutely stunning stay! The panoramic ocean views from this high-floor corner unit were breathtaking—sunrises over the water were a daily highlight. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The location was perfect—right on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy Miami Beach in style!

Our stay at Austin and Hannah's was wonderful! They were super responsive from our very first communication through our check-out. It was easy to find the unit and the keypad allowed us easy entry. The place was perfectly located for us; near trails, on the edge of the desert and not far from whatever else we needed. Their space was clean, tidy and equipped with everything we required. We greatly enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub and were consistently awed by the wonderful views from the pool area. The Little Fountain Resort felt safe and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly. We had an excellent experience and will hope to return!

We had such a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. She was an incredible host. Even when we arrived earlier than expected to Scottsdale, she was super flexible with us. Luis was also awesome to meet. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed on our final day, Jaclyn worked with us to be able to check-out later. Such a life saver! Thank you!! The place was so comfy and exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration. We particularly enjoyed how comfy the couches and bed was. The location was always really good. We walked to the mall a couple of times. We highly recommend Jaclyn’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

This condo was the perfect place for our long weekend! Troy communicated well with us from the time we booked his place throughout our visit. It is super walkable to Old Scottsdale, which offers everything from shopping to bars and restaurants. There is a great coffee place a block away. Best of all, super clean and nice and roomy. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brindy’s Airbnb. The home was cozy, clean, with a cute patio that our fur baby loved! After a long drive in to the city, we were nicely surprised with just how comfortable the bed was! The home was nicely decorated as well and the location was so perfect: close to shops and restaurants, yet still private. We would definitely love to stay at Brindy’s Airbnb again in the future :)

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

my three week stay in Scottsdale was excellent. The condo, although the building is on the older side, was very modern and clean and well decorated. Excellent communication from George prior to check-in and prior to checkout. The location is excellent and walking distance, to many things on the edge of old town.The place is modern and the kitchen has everything I needed. Might want to Go in with a can of touchup paint to clean up some minor minor things here and there but overall, it was a fantastic day. Thank you! PS also great for my small dog.

The unit is cozy and situated in a great neighborhood.

The condo was spacious and beautiful. All the amenities one ever think of. Lisa was very responsive and friendly.

This was our first Airbandb experience and Nicole did not disappoint. Nicole was a fabulous host, she left great instructions on how to get to the Condo and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The Condo was very clean and tidy. Had all things we needed as far as appliances go, lots of sleeping room with very comfortable beds along with balcony furniture to enjoy the beautiful view. The view was magnificent words and pictures do not even come close to describing how beautiful it was in person. You get to be out of the busy city life but with all your needs 5 minutes away with stores, restaurants and attractions. The pool and hot tub was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. I give Nicole’s place a 20 out of 10 stars. I will definitely be looking Nicole up on our next vacation to Arizona. Thank you Nicole.

This condo is a lovely hidden gem among the cacti.... Centrally located, safe, and the building and condo design was interesting and different, and fit within the context of the desert environment. We also really enjoyed private, late night swims in the community pool after long days. The condo itself was perfectly suited to be our home away from home. We were even able to rummage around the kitchen and find a toaster! We highly recommend several international restaurants with large portions of fresh food-- Green Corner, Princess Pita (the one on broadway), and Cafe de Bangkok. And don't miss the Desert Botanical Garden -- reduced price tix in late afternoon/evening. Thank you for your hospitality, Mary!

Anthony’s place was spotless and equipped with all of the essentials. It was very close to TPC Scottsdale. Anthony is a great host and very responsive. He actually has a golf business in town which I wish I knew. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to golf.

Everything about the home was absolutely perfect. Toby’s communication was fabulous. Her attention to detail as regards to a clean, warm and comfortable home was so much appreciated. The information she has for guests in the home was outstanding. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in excellent condition. The home is the absolutely the most organized and well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. And all this comes with allowing you to relax while there. To feel comfortable being there. We would most certainly stay there again and highly, highly recommend Toby’s place. What a wonderful stay we had. We can’t say enough good things.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Both my wife and I thought the place was wonderful, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, thermostat was easy to use. We loved the fact that condo had lots of windows and two places to sit outside. Parking was very convenient right outside the door. Very walkable with walking trails and park with pond nearby. Scottsdale old town is 5 minutes drive and about 50 minutes walk. Overall great experience.

Great place, looks exactly like the photos. There’s a bunch of amenities for kitchen and bathroom. Really great area also! Tons of places around!
