The village is named after Sir Titus Salt who built a textile mill, known as Salts Mill and this village on the River Aire back in the 1800s. There are many reasons why you should visit Saltaire from the spectacular architecture, to the independent shops and restaurants scattered around the village.

The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed with a double sofa bed also available. Ideal for couples with or without older children, friends passing through, or people wanting close access to Leeds/Bradford airport. Welcome to our house situated in the world heritage village Saltaire. One of the original Almhouses built by Sir Titus Salt in the 19th Century. The house is part of the utopian vision of Saltaire created by Sir Titus to create a community village to house and support the mill workers. The property offers a unique base to experience Saltaire, within walking distance of the all the key local attractions.
