Apartment holiday rentals in Saltburn-by-the-Sea

We're just back from our second stay at 10 Zetland and we love it. It's a perfect place from which to explore the local area, coastal walks and beautiful beaches. Or you can just see other people doing all that from the magnificent apartment view. We did a bit of both and were made to feel very welcome. Splendid.

A very good place to stay, quiet and private. Ollie was a great host. An attractive location with good restaurants and pubs and beautiful riverside. Perfect for an overnight but I could imagine staying longer. We’ll be back next time we need to stop in the area.

A ground floor flat in a quiet cul de sac (with parking) , about 5 minutes walk from Norton's Georgian High street with restaurants, cafes, shops/ supermarkets and pubs close at hand ...plus a duck pond . Clean property , fairly newly refurbished to a good standard with all the expected amenities and two double bedrooms . Well served by public transport locally & regionally too .Not far from the A19 main link road North/South through Teesside's towns so access is an easy 15 minutes to the coast or the hills and moors .Ancient cities such as Durham & York are only an hour away too. And a good price too.

We chose to stay here even though we only live an hour away, as we have two very small children. Finding the property was made easy by really clear directions and access was also really easy. The place was beautiful, very homely and just what we needed to accommodate our visit to the beach. We only used the Master room as our sons sleep with us, but the super king bed was more than spacious for all 4 of us. 2 of the bathrooms (shower room and toilet) were small however didn’t need to be any bigger. We just used the larger bathroom which was the en-suite to the second bedroom. The flat could have a couple more mirrors and perhaps a wall clock - but these are just personal preferences. I would recommend this place, and would also love to stay again. Thank you for letting us stay! Closing note: Whenever we come to Saltburn, it’s such wonderful weather, however this was our first weekend where it must have been the coldest place in the Country!!!

Lovely studio apartment decorated to a very modern and high standard. Building is safe and secure, own parking and check-in was smooth. Hosts were also really responsive with any queries we had during the stay.

Our stay was very comfortable. With a view of main street from front windows, people watching ( inc their dogs) became a new but intriguing pursuit. Cobbles cafe ( on the 2 floors below flat) served great icecream and excellent artisan pizzas. Friendly staff. 160 yards to Harbourside and the sea breezes ( welcome in the mini heatwave) and Cod & Lobster serving very good food with decent beer. The museum definitely worth a visit. Walks straight out of village Staithes is unique and largely unchanged for 150+years.

We really enjoyed our stay. Charlotte & Jacqui were great at communicating and checking in with us throughout our stay. The apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, had all we needed for a relaxing stay and the views are stunning! The location, sea front and beaches were all walkable from the apartment. Easy parking at the location. We look forward to returning in the future. Would recommend.

great location for central Middlesbrough/ acklam/ linthhopre with convenient parking. clean, comfortable and spacious. everything as described. handy en suite with good shower.. Easy to access and prompt communication from Jeanette. thank you for hosting

Lovely little apartment, well presented and very clean. Perfect for exploring the surrounding area and nice walks into Staithes and Runswick. Spoke to Dave and Katie, the owners on many occasions, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Excellent accommodation with an amazing view. The apartment was immaculate and very modern and well presented it had everything we required. The bed was so comfy. It’s a great location to restaurants and it’s such a quiet and peaceful place with great parking. There is also a lift which was handy. Instructions were very good for check in and check out and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

Fabulous stay at Jo's place, spotlessly clean, had all the amenities and so peaceful. Loved watching the chickens in the gardens. Unfortunately didn't get to meet Jo in person, but all correspondence through Airbnb she promptly replied to. Thanks Jo, we would love to come back. ❤️

Beautiful apartment, literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Dog friendly and our teenage kids loved the pool table! Sun trap out the back, loved it! Shower is amazing, my 16 year old son said its the best he's ever been in! We will be back, highly recommend. Lots of lovely restaurants close by and Sainsbury's a 5 min walk. Tina is fantastic, very responsive!

May was a very accommodating and understanding host. We felt right at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing rest after toiling through Durham during the day.

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

perfect and quiet

My wife and I had an amazing 2 night stay. Great location and fabulous views. The Hot tub was superb, we were lucky enough to catch two beautiful sunsets. Whitby centre is only a small walk away, with loads to do. Will definitely be back.

The apartment was beautiful well maintained Nice touch with cupcakes waiting in the kitchen Pool sauna and Hottub was a massive bonus

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!
