Monthly Rentals in Saltery Bay

Leah is a wonderful host, always available, helpful and very friendly. The small house is beautifully furnished, everything has been thought of and nothing is missing. Even a washing machine & dryer are available. On the small terrace directly at the entrance, you can also relax in the comfortable wicker chairs even when the weather is not so good. If you want to enjoy a small campfire, you can end the evening at the gas-powered outdoor fire basket. For us the perfect accommodation and we will gladly come back- Thank you Leah!

Beautiful spacious home right on the water with lovely views. We enjoyed the peaceful, calming views, watching the changing tide (the little island almost disappears!), the ferry coming and going (very quietly), watching the seals that visited the tiny island, and venturing out at low tide to see what the tide brought in: lots of shells, driftwood, kelp, barnacles, purple sea stars, and red sea cucumbers. All that with a very comfortable, clean, well-appointed accommodation - a little slice of heaven! We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed - including all the staples and lots of spices. Location is wonderful - about a 25 minute drive from Powell River and with easy access to the BC Ferry from Saltery Bay to Earls Cove. There is a small grocery store and pizza place about 15 minutes away. Very private - we hardly ever saw the neighbor or any other people. Gosh, I can't say enough good things about Wendy's place!

I've stayed here a few times and it was lovely as always! I originally booked the dolphin RV and asked to switch to the tiny cottages upon arrival and Kristin was so accommodating! I highly recommend any of these units to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while visiting or looking for a little staycation spot.

Melanie's bed was the comfiest bed I've ever stayed on all of the airbnbs we've stayed :) The tiny home had everything we need even a full kitchen! Even has some netflix, a nice couch, and a cute little shower room. We ended upstaying for a night before we hiked the Tiny Hut Cabin. This place is close to the ferry and about 20mins to Wallmart too. Melanie was very quick to responding too. Thank you Melanie. We still want to know where you got your bed! hehe
