Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. With the forest just outside and the beach 800 meters away, there is every opportunity for a relaxing holiday. If you want to experience the pulse of the big city instead, Stockholm's inner city is only 35 minutes away by bus. Here you live smoothly and comfortably and arrive to made beds. The bathroom is equipped with its own towels for everyone as well as hand soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen, there is dishwasher detergent, coffee, tea, spices and oil for cooking. Everything for a pleasant holiday.

Close to swimming at the lake or Skurusundet. Three bedrooms with double beds. Kitchen with kitchen island and open plan. Fireplace. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Short walk to the bus that goes frequently to the lock/city in 12 minutes. The house is newly renovated in 2024 - New photos are coming.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An open apartment of a total of 50 sqm on two floors. On the lower level, hall, fully equipped kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. In the loft, a good double bed and TV. Parking space outside and summer time access to pool. We live nearby. Within walking distance, small beach, docks, rock pools and with bike nice excursions. Happy to give tips. The bus into Stockholm city takes 45 minutes and the bus stop here is within a 12-14 minute walk.

This unique place has a style all its own that is something out of the ordinary. Wake up and take a morning swim on your own dock and then enjoy a good breakfast while you dip your toes in Insjön. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Kungshamn

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation. At one with nature, this architect-designed house is a real gem in the popular Skurusundet in Nacka. Close to shops and Stockholm city center, this accommodation allows you to have a varied vacation. Buses 409 and 449 go directly to Slussen/Gamla Stan if you are up for a trip to the City. If you want to take the car, there are plenty of swimming areas, nature reserves, coffee/food places to explore nearby or further out in the archipelago.

Huset cirka 90 kvm: vardagsrum med öppen spis, fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikro, varmluftsugn, kyl och frys, vattentoa / dusch / bad. Gästhus: vatten/avlopp, micro, kyl/frys, 1 dubbelsäng spjälsäng. Studsmatta, linbana, koja, hängmatta, racketspel, 8-10 cyklar på tomten & suverän sandstrand mm i närheten. Swimspa på 2x4 meter inbyggd jetstream för simträning (stängd vintertid). Båt ingår.

Pool House

Boendet är beläget i ett lugnt, idylliskt område. Poolen är uppvärmd till ca 28 grader mellan maj-augusti . Poolen är stängd mellan september-april. Låna gärna en av kanoterna och ta en mysig paddeltur på sjön, eller en promenad i Tyrestareservatet som ligger precis runt hörnet. Det finns även två enklare cyklar att låna om man vill. Om du har en elbil som behöver laddas så går även det att lösa till aktuellt kW-pris. Avsluta kvällen med ett parti backgammon i kvällssolen. Åldersgräns 25 år.

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.
