Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light.
