The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Costareccia - Karin

The history of this house is, together with its beauty, what makes it unique: an ancient possession of Leonardo da Vinci's grandfather, it comes back to life today hosting, nourishing and enchanting guests from all over the world. In addition to the "Karin" apartment, La Costareccia contains two other accommodations, thus offering space for large families and groups of friends. Casa Marcello

In the village of Marcello, 5 km from Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo Vinci, an 18th-century stone house, finely restored with a garden from which you can enjoy a stunning view of the Tuscan hills, equipped with a private entrance, garden and private parking. The house is on three floors and consists of a large living area as well as an equipped kitchen. From the living area you can access another garden. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and bathrooms; another bedroom with bathroom.

Da qui si accede all'esterno, composto da giardino, zona relax e zona pranzo, dove è possibile usufruire del barbecue.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.

Leonardo's workshop is a loft of over 100 sqm in the village of Vinci. the open space is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a reading corner, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. On the mezzanine, there is the bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet.
