Fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and delightful. Memory foam mattresses for wonderful sleep and a kitchen for cooking if desired. We were very impressed with Florettas home. Everything looked just like the pictures and the amenities were amazing Floretta thought of everything from snacks, breakfast foods, and treats including homemade cookies and bourbon balls in the kitchen to all kinds of toiletries, extra toilet paper, and a generous supply of quality towels in the bathrooms. The living area was tastefully decorated and comfortable there were instructions to all appliances, wifi, and TVs. Also lots of games for all ages. This is one of the best equipped and organized Air BnBs we have ever visited. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again to visit the Bourbon Trail to which it was centrally located as well.

John's place was the perfect landing spot for our Kentucky getaway! Close access to highways to get to Lexington and Louisville. We were able to get to distilleries, the horse parks, farms, and restaurants easily. The house was clean, spacious, and offered all the amenities to make our trip comfortable. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down, and the surrounding farm land and woods were the perfect serene backdrop.
