Private setting secluded area, your setting on a private 12 acre Lake. you can fish, kayak or just Cruze the lake in a peddle boat and get a closer look at nature! this is a peaceful and centrally-located place two miles from down town of the oldest town in Texas. There is so much history here, pretty good restaurants or you can just hang out under those big oak’s enjoy the breeze. This is also the home of the Stephan F Austin State University.
