We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It is conveniently located within minutes of a boat ramp for boat days, and our family loved coming back to this cozy home in the evenings, complete with all features described. We will be back!

Jason was a wonderful host, and his cabin is a fantastic find for a trip to the lake. The cabin is incredibly easy to find. Checking in was incredibly easy, especially if you're traveling with the family. The loft is a great hangout spot if you have kids, and the cabin itself has plenty of room, a great bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fantastic view both from the wraparound porch and from the living room. I highly recommend renting from him, especially if you're looking for a worry free weekend at the lake with loved ones, or alone. I will absolutely be back 🤙.

Great place at a great price. Stayed a couple of nights while on a golf trip with some friends and was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything was as described. Perfect for a weekend of fun. Would definitely book again on future trips to the area. Great instructions prior to arrival and very responsive.

We stayed at the Lakehouse for a long weekend while celebrating our daughter’s graduation from SFA. We had family drive down to stay with us from Iowa. First off, the house was incredibly beautiful and so well set up. The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, and even a crockpot! There was a fully stocked coffee bar as well! Each of the bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. They even had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in case we forgot ours. My in-laws mentioned many times how this was the nicest place they had ever stayed at. They kept talking about how comfortable the beds were and how soft the towels were. The host allowed us to have a brunch with a few friends to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we could not have asked for a more perfect location. The kitchen is spacious and the living room space was large yet inviting. Spent every morning drinking coffee on the enclosed back porch. It was lovely. We highly recommend it

Such a cozy place to stay.. Very easy to get too and very well equipped with everything we needed. This was our second time staying there.. Cassell Boykin boat launch is right around the corner not to mention the new store Chubbys.. Host is fantastic and makes the stay so nice!!! Absolutely loved our stay... except for the storms, but you can't stop Mother Nature!!! Highest rating for this place!!!

Such a cute place on a quiet cove. Loved the layout of the house, and the location. Nice neighborhood, beautiful cove filled with wildlife, the geese had all their babies and it was fun to watch.

This stay was MUCH larger than I thought! It says 5 bedrooms, but there's still so much living, kitchen, and porch area. We evacuated last minute for a Hurricane with 2 families. We had 7 kids and they all had a blast! There were some minor inconveniences not even worth mentioning, but the communication was fast and the issues were resolved within a few hours. Great stay and hopefully can get back under different circumstances!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake property. The outdoor amenities were very nice. Large balcony for outdoor meals or relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. We plan to return in the future!!

Sandra was incredibly kind and communicative! She even helped us coordinate a meet up location in the area since we were meeting somebody who also wasn't from the area. The house was so serene and absolutely spotless. It was updated and clearly well loved. Our dogs were very comfortable in the space as well! I wish we'd had time to truly enjoy the firepit area because it looks so comfy, but maybe next time! 10/10 recommend!

Place was exactly as it was described by the host. Like the name says "Just A Camp" you should not expect too much but I feel it is better than just a camp as I would bring my wife to this camp. Very clean and updated on the inside for being an older unit. Peaceful surroundings and the back porch was perfect to drink coffee on in the mornings and to have a cold dink in the evenings. Plenty of parking with a boat and just a minute to the boat ramp was perfect for us to stay at for our bass fishing tournament. Being tucked back behind some other homes and buildings could make it difficult to locate if you do not look it up on Google first. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite place to stay close to the lake.

This was the place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Best place I had stayed on while in Texas. Very clean and so easy to get to Lufkin. Saw some wildlife and met some sweet dogs that wanted to play with mine. House is as described. My pup loved the fenced in yard. They kept the grassed mowed and let me know when they were coming to do any type of work in the yard. Has a great covered parking area to protect your car from those Texas storms and the lake is just a short drive away. The screened porch was great to sit on in the evening and it was nice and quiet. Best Place to Stay if you visiting Texas!!

We loved our stay. It is very remote but perfect if you’re looking for a weekend in the woods! Plenty of spices and condiments stocked was a nice touch. Andrea was very responsive and helpful. The lake is a little walk away but worth it. We loved being in the quiet peaceful woods. Bring your food and don’t worry about leaving once you arrive!

Super cute and clean home! All of our guests slept well. Two of the split units were leaking due to filters that needed to be cleaned, but they were on top of it and sent help right away.

We had a five star stay. We were just doing one overnight in the Lufkin area so Lindsay‘s place was perfect. It was very convenient for us and we found it very peaceful and restful. The house is as stated on a working farm so we woke up and had a wonderful morning with coffee and cows. This is a perfect alternative for us to spend the night as a family versus staying in local hotels. It was affordable and was a treat. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Lindsay was good to communicate quickly and be helpful.We would gladly recommend it and stay again.

Only challenge was the white dog next door ended up on the property right at the front door scared me as I had my chihuahua in my hand, then every time I tried to take dogs out the neighbors dog would run to fence which distracted my dogs from potting, not upset at all about the dog at fence, only when he greeted me at the door
