Sombat”s place is very comfortable and peaceful with great views of the countryside. The on-site staff were helpful and arranged a motorbike for me which I recommend to explore the area. A great place to relax and unwind.

Lovely condo with good space, great location and facilities, particularly the big swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed staying here for a couple of days, great to have an almost private pool, easy access to the beach and a good starting point to explore all that this area and national park have to offer.

A fantastic accommodation. Thanaporn has 2 apartments in the condo. One with 46 sqm on the ground floor and one with 52 sqm on the 4th floor. We are traveling with our 2 small children and have opted for the larger one. The apartment is super clean, everything is new and chic. Bedroom with a large bed and a sofa in the living room. The four of us were able to sleep well here. The only thing was that it was a bit bright, so we hung something in the windows. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Wundeschön. There is a small kitchen, so we could have a cozy breakfast here and even cook noodles. We were almost the only ones here during the week. There is a large pool and a nice children's pool. There is also a large sandbox with a slide. For a nice beach you have to drive about 3 km. No problem, as you can rent a moped directly in the condo for 200 baht/day. You can also go on great excursions to the national park. Would rather not leave at all!

Lush apartment with incredible views and perfect location

brilliant condo I would highly recommend staying there, we stayed for 2 monthes and I cant fault a thing about the place piecfull, great location, brilliant staff at the condo and very very helpfull if you like beaches piece and quiet then I would recommend staying hear a 100% Gurav is more than helpfull responds very quickly to any massages it was a pleasure staying there

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

It’s a beautiful place. You feel like in close connection with nature. It’s great fir those who travel by car as all shops are quite far from the place. But there are some cafes nearby and you can enjoy Thai food just right at the beach. The condominium has a nice and big swimming pool and you can enjoy there a lot. The condo we stayed was a spacious one with everything for living. It had a beautiful view to the mountain and it was really great to have breakfast at the balcony with our eyes turned to the mountains. There are nice beds with comfortable mattresses. The host , Kavin, was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always in touch and helped with everything we asked for. It was a nice experience and we will stay at his apartment again definitely.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!

Nick‘s apartment is a awesome place to be if you’re looking for rather relaxed holidays at a beautiful beach off the beaten track. The apartment itself is in a good constitution, very spacious for a couple and contains all you need and even more. Especially the kitchen‘s equipment is extensive and far above average. Nevertheless, there are lots of excellent restaurants around, primarily at the beach road, which can be reached by walk or by using one of the resort’s bicycles. Nick is a great host, responds super fast and offers perfect support. We‘ll definitely return to this place.

Our hosts were lovely and helped us organize transportation and find a rental. House was big and had lots of personal details, we felt like home. It was very peaceful neighborhood and only few minutes with scooter from a beach. Great stay

A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.
