the place is the perfect break from Bangkok in a very private and cozy environnement. the villa is just amazing...nothing to say. perfect with family and babies

It’s a little bit confusing has this Airbnb has several different rooms to offer. We only needed two rooms but they showed us four rooms to choose from. It was a little bit expensive for two rooms. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here just for one day.It's a relaxing place.Receptionist are extremely helpful and friendly.

Daniel's pool villa was wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean but most of all, the pool was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. This is a place you can truly relax. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 week stay along with our small dog. The yard is secure so we could let our pup enjoy the yard with no worries. Daniel was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and good places to eat. We highly recommend this property and will stay again!

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John

I really enjoyed my stay at Ravinan's villa. Ravinan is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. She was very helpful, fast and responsive. I arrived late and she provided a variety of snacks and water. It's a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and recreation. The garden is like an oasis, very lush, with many different exotic plants and trees, a true little tropical paradise. The pool is immaculate, beautiful, clean, very long, and has a nice depth, perfect for cooling off. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The view from the first floor is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. There are many interesting things to see in the area, I would recommend a scooter. Ravinan, thank you again for everything 🙏🤗

Ian und seine Frau sind ganz wunderbare Gastgeber gewesen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und aus dem Pool wollten die Kinder gar nicht mehr raus. Die Fürsoge der beiden half mir bei einer Lebensmittelvergiftung sehr. Ohne die Hilfe der Beiden hätte ich sicher Probleme gehabt vor Ort. ich danke Euch nochmals sehr.

Lieber Jack, wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Wir haben unseren Tapetenwechsel genossen und die Tage sind sehr schnell vorbeigegangen. Es gibt einiges anzuschauen und zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, sowohl zum Relaxen aber auch um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Idealerweise reist man mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug an, um ungebunden zu sein. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüsse René und Esther

These villas are magnificent, perfect for getting away from it all. The views are gorgeous and the villas themselves are extremely well appointed.

Nice place, private room and clean

Ban Nong Yai is een echt authentiek Thais dorp. In de omgeving zie je heel weinig toeristen. Er is dan ook niet veel te doen wat vertier betreft, maar de natuur is aantrekkelijk. In t dorp is op loopafstand een barretje waar je naast een borrel ook op aanvraag een hapje kunt eten. Het is leuk om de omgeving per scooter te ontdekken en de kust af te rijden. De villa is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Denzil is zeer behulpzaam en regelt alles wat je nodig hebt.

Have read other reviews that describe Baan opun as a hidden gem. Would totally agree.If access into town is a consideration short walk into soi 94 is required.Plenty of tuk-tuk available for return journey as baht bus doesn't seem to run after 6 pm.

What a gem this lovely bungalow is, can't praise it enough. Spacious, spotless, serene, nice pool area and beautiful gardens in abundance. Bob and his wife were very hospital hosts and gave us lots of local information and tips. In a residential area but within walking distance of nice bars, restaurants and Tesco. We will certainly be returning and can't recommend it enough.

what a great house and a fantastic host with great responce.

We had a great time at the villa. We were 20 of us for a weekend. There were enough beds for everybody. There are many rooms, 1 kitchen fully furnished, 2 BBQ, 1 bar and a very nice outdoor with the pool. Most probably one of the best villa we’ve been to in Thailand! Our invitees were delighted and so were we. Owners are very nice and accommodating, and made us feel comfortable. You can book without hesitation!

We (2 couples) stayed at Gayl's Icandi place for a weekend with friends in Pranburi. The property is beautiful and spacious. On arrival we were greeted by the superfriendly team who maintains the place, led by Khun Ra. We enjoyed our first coconuts fresh from the garden on the patio before heading to dinner at a local restaurant less than 10 minutes away. The next day we spent exploring the nearby beaches and beaches by car. There are many sights, including NationalParks in the wider area but you need a car to cover the distances. You could probably walk to the nearest beach (KhaoKalok) in less than 15 minutes. THe kitchen is in superstate and we found all the appliances one could expect. Bath and bed-rooms are big and clean We really enjoyed the plungepool to cool down. Khun Ra regularly checked in to see if he could help us with anything. Checkout went smooth. Communication with the owner & manager was quick and correct at all times! 5 stars, will stay again
