I had an amazing stay at Ariani's place! The unit was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Ateneo Senior High School, making it easy to explore the area.

Gary is a great host. I had a little problem and he immediately sent a maintenance person to address it. Problem solved within one hour. Everything was a very "good stay" time. The host is as important as the place you stay. Thank you.

Janice’s place was clean, well equipped and as described. We had some difficulty finding the house as we arrived at night time and there wasnt any visible street name / sign available but Janice was very responsive to all our questions.

It was roomy and good for a big group traveling. I wish there were cooking implements but overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We booked at 7pm and still they were able to manage to accommodate us. We enjoyed our stay in their unit. We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.
