I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. Our host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

I love where the place is located because it’s close to all the establishments. I also love how the room was clean and exactly like in the picture. The total bonus point for me was the location of the room—it has an overlooking view of the city, which is especially beautiful at night because of the city lights. Oh, and an extra bonus is that they offer free water! Overall, I am happy with my stay at their place.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!

The unit is very convenient and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect if you prefer to cook during your stay. We also appreciated the honesty store, it was a thoughtful and helpful touch! Highly recommended!

When we first spotted upon this house on AirBnb, it seemed to me that it's almost too good to be true, that there must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it appeared online. The place is spotless, spacious and peaceful to stay in. The house is newly built and everything that's inside of it are all brand new. It's also close to a big supermarket which was handy and to dozens of restaurants where you can order online for delivery. Ms. Sharon, the host, is the most reliable, gracious and considerate one. She provided us with all the information we needed and even showed us the house prior to our check-in dates. She was very accommodating and flexible with the check-in and check-out time, with the number of people allowed to celebrate with us during the day and with the usage of all what's in her house which was extremely helpful since we rented it for a birthday party. She really went way beyond to make our days comfortable and memorable. Our stay was made extra special because of ate Gaga too, the housekeeper, who's very attentive and caring to all of her guests. She made our stay more homey by offering to prepare our every meals everyday and to ensure that everyone's feeling okay. Be that as it may, we will definitely be coming back again. So if you are reading this, just book this wonderful home.

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and exactly like the photos. The blackout curtains let me sleep soundly every night, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid for Zoom meetings. Debbie, the host, replied to every message within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this condo unit! The place was exceptionally clean, incredibly cozy, and came with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Agnes was outstanding as a host—she was not only prompt in her responses but also provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The internet was fast and reliable, which was essential for me for both work and leisure. We had loads of fun at the swimming pool that stays open until 9 PM, and at just £1.50 per guest. Sasa port is just a short walk away, making a day trip to Samal Island very convenient. There are also several shops nearby, and food delivery options are readily accessible, Plus, the airport is only a quick 10-minute drive away! I had a wonderful time in Davao, and I will definitely book this condo again for my next trip. Everything exceeded my expectations and so worth it.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds & pillows, the fast wifi so I was able to work, the pool, its convenience for GRAB deliveries, the great security around the premises. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the location in Davao City was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Much appreciated the nice, soft duvet/ doona/blankets in each room. Leonisa was helpful from the inquiry to check-out. She even accommodated our late checkout request. Highly recommended!

Overall good! the only thing missing is a mop we can use for the bathroom just in case. It's a very nice place to stay with due to privacy and security and there's not many people around. Breathtaking 360⁰ view on the rooftop as well! perfect for dates and photography!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
