Condo holiday rentals in Samara Beach

We loved staying at Sanctuary Bliss. The condo was great. The manager was responsive. We would happily rent there again.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the pool to the washer/dryer to the other kind people staying in the units, it’s just wonderful. We had a small hiccup at check in, but beyond that, it was really great.

"We had the most wonderful time at Villa 3 in Mandala Lodge this January. The place is brand new and everything is impeccable. Rocio, the manager, is extremely helpful. The place has a night security man who is also very helpful. The villa has a one-plan kitchen / dining / terrace area which makes it easy to chill & socialise. The rooms are very comfortable with good breeze & air conditioning. The bathroom is large & gorgeous. All rooms have sliding doors which makes the place feel more airy. The villas are set up on top of a hill providing a breathtaking view and privacy in the area. They are very near the various beaches and supermarkets in town etc. The only issue we had was the inability to see/feel the sliding screen door in the sitting room which caused me to ‘walk into the room” & ‘bounced back’ (and subsequently was charged for the minor damage, when in theory, it should have been marked to avoid this sort of issue). We will be back!

Staying at Las Palmeras in Stacey’s unit was an incredible experience. We were there for 6 weeks for our first extended trip with our young children. The security and staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The others at the condo (guests and owners) were just unbeatable. My kids said they were going to miss Costa Riva because they’d miss their neighbours! The location was pretty much perfect. A short walk to the beach past a small field of cows and horses (dreamy!) an even shorter walk to a local restaurant and great little grocery store, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to town. We didn’t rent their golf cart in time but I’d highly recommend you do because it really is the cheapest in town from what we saw. Oh laundry was easy too with a great place to hang your laundry if you want (they have washers and dryers too). We did do fan moving around to cool things down but at 37/38 degrees Celsius you kind of have to! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful quiet spot with amazing gardens and patios. The location is fabulous as you are a short distance from many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and all sorts of non perishable food. It is sooo convenient having the supermarket on the main floor of the building. Highly recommend this spot!!

Amazing!!! Carl was on site and super helpful and friendly. The location is amazing. Nice walk to the beach. Close to the Azul resort. The condo was spacious and had everything we could want or need! The pool area was clean and great. Everything was really wonderful! We’ll be back for sure!

The local management team was great with arrival check in, and responding to any questions and concerns throughout the week. The master bed was very creaky, as in, it made noise every time I moved throughout the night. I felt little silly texting the team to complain, but they sent a maintenance worker within 2 hours to tighten up the bed frame. And like magic, I was able to sleep through the night! Coffee maker, fridge, AC, etc were all great. It's a little bit out of town, which was fine with us for the busy holiday. I wish I called earlier about renting ATV, we had a difficult time renting ATV during busy week. The local management team helped us find one for a couple of days. And then we managed with our rental car from LIR.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Andrea’s place, everything there is brand new, clean and comfortable!! Nice pool, very calm atmosphere, great for families!!

Great place. Beautiful view. It did not make a difference for us but the elevator was not working most of the time we were there. The place is on the 4th floor. I suggest confirming the elevator if you have folks in the party who don't / cannot do stairs. Again, a great place and we would gladly stay there again.

It is a magical place in the middle of the jungle and with beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were amazing!!! The apartments are perfectly clean, the decoration is very nice. The beds are perfect. The barhrooms are spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.I highly recommend the place. Manzanillo Beach, just a three-minute drive away, is a beautiful place. We also enjoyed Santa Teresa Beach and Hermosa Beach. The hostess Luz is very kind, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some wonderful days of vacation

Beautiful apartment! We had a quick and pleasant stay. The pool area was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The host was very responsive with suggestions for my teenaged son to enjoy local surfing areas and options for local places to eat (Lola's and Tiki Hut are fabulous!)

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

We were very happy staying at Kirsten's apartment. Being Kirsten's home meant there were all the little things that you want or need that pure rentals don't always have. There is a lovely community there and we met neighbours and made friends. Access to Tennis was great, and there are wonderful tide pools at the beach at low tide if you want calmer sea than the usual Nosara surf, which was perfect for us and our little daughter. I can't speak highly enough of Kirsten who was the perfect host, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you Kirsten!

Andrew and JoAnne’s place is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a blender, microwave and coffeemaker. It was spotless on our arrival. The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh. The location is a short walk to a beautiful beach- sunset is the place to be in the late afternoon. We enjoyed dinner at La Cuchinara Doni Emi, which was fantastic. The pool is clean with a shaded area which was perfect for relaxing. The area felt safe and was quiet at night. Overall, it was excellent value for the stay!

Great responsive host and perfect location right in the centre. Some action at night if you are a light sleeper but it is a perfect location otherwise. right by grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach.

Heavenly space, nice neighbors (including the monkeys) and very helpful property management!

We are family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Sherry condo was perfect for our family. Clean, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen, she even has beach chairs, umbrella and mini bag cooler you can borrow, very cool AC, short 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins walk to all the restaurants in downtown, beautiful view. There is washer/dryer in unit and came in handy. Very quiet location away from everything with only sounds of waves. Highly recommend restaurants Casa Esmeralda and Eldorado. Food can take a long time but they cook to order. Very fresh. You will not be disappointed. Beach is beautiful, quiet and clean. Read complaint of horse poop on the beach. There is some horse poop but they are mainly down where hotels beach fronts are. We didn’t see any on our side. We spent our day boogie boarding and pool. There are restaurants by the beach as well. Would highly recommend Sherry place and would stay again. Easy to communicate. There is no uber but taxi. Thank you for the fruit bask

Great place to stay in Nosara! Convient location for nearby Pelada beach, coffee shop and restaurants! Host was very responsive.

The Dragonfly was a beautiful spot with a great oceanview. It was close to tons of restaurants with amazing food and less than 10 minute walk to Samara beach. Joannie, property manager was attentive and made sure we were comfortable and explained everything in detail. She had great reccomendations which we found very helpful. Restaurant Reccomendations: Esmeralda Restaurant Malibu Restaurant Chaki Cafe Iguana Restaurant - cheap breakfast, its behind the soccer field La Conda Restaurant- pricier but great atmosphere on the beach El Lagarto Steak House Las Olas Beach bar Argentinian Steakhouse - Carrillo Beach - you can use pool while having dinner Carrillo Beach - beautiful beach that is not crowded. Bring your own beach umbrella/sunshades Excursion Reccomendations: Wingnuts - zipline - family run for 3 generation Sunset Explore - Horseback Riding, family run Samara beach is a beautiful area that is family orientated and not super Americanized such as Nosara and Tamarindo.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !

The Condo, and Las Brisas Del Mar in general, exuded our expectations. One of the best equipped AirBNB we have stayed in. The community at Las Brisas was very welcoming and friendly. We had our entire family with us, and kids and grandkids really enjoyed our week. The beach is wonderful with plenty of wildlife to see in the tide pools right out front. Would welcome this place as a family friendly place.
